I have ordered from the Cuyahoga Falls location many times. However, the last 2 orders have been far from great. Delivery takes... longer than they say and your order comes wrong or cold. My last order over the weekend was very disappointing. I ordered apizza, bread sticks, and cinnamon bread. Paid extra for more sauce and when delivered they were melted and dumped in the boxes.Safe to say I will be going elsewhere from now on Read more

Ordered and found a large black bug baked into the dough. Disgusting. I used to love ordering from here. Love their pan pizza.... Update: They did refund my purchase, gave me additional credit, and began scouring the store to verify how this even happened.Did what they could to make it right. Read more

I really don't want to leave one star to say I'm disappointed on food that I didn't even get to order is something I'm not used... to doing.after a long stressful week and visiting a friend and looking forward to having a pizza that I was interduced last timewe visited needless to say pizza yes it was that good the first time I couldn't wait. Then came the disappointment from pricedifference to the rude person on the phone.Lets start with if your going to jack your prices up you should change your prices onthe website or at least honer the price that you advertise. When calling the local store last time delivered was 21$ somehow hasjumped to 31$ for pickup 10$ more for me coming to get it. I get inflation but wouldn't you charge more for delivery these days?Then the rude kid on the phone had no explanation he was those are old prices we don't have that. Don't know what to tell you.Don't know what to tell me well most anybody would honer the price that was brought up. On line starting at 15.99$ so that 5.50$a topping and again I'm picking it up. All I can say is they have lost at the least 2 customers but I'll make sure everyoneknows they have jacked up prices and will get you if they can so watch what you order online you will pay to use your own gasand car. Unfortunately the driver's will loose out on making a living now and I will be forever disappointed knowing that asmuch as I enjoyed their pizza the first time there will not be a second as long as they want to continue to screw over and lieto their customers. Food was delicious. 2 - 8 corner pizzas and the spinach feta bread. All food was accurate. Staff was friendly. Food was ready... at the expected time. BLT pizza was good, but if ordering I suggest not driving 20 minutes home before eating it. No fault atall of Jet's. Just a suggestion. Read more

Jet's pizza is the first review of many me and my roommate are doing of the pizza joints in the Cuyahoga Falls/Akron area. We... decided to do a rating scale [1-5, 5 being the best] and share it with the community. Starting off, the in box appearance of thepizza looked excellent! The crust flavor would be about a 2, I liked the crunch that it had but flavor was pretty generic. Sauceflavor, was a 1, tasted like sauce that was out of a can. Cheese was 3.5 I mean you can't really mess with cheese, and there wasa minimal cheese pull. The pepperoni tasted good, would give it a 4 but the topping ratio was a little off. Amazing pan pizza! We ordered their Hawaiian deep dish pan pizza with Parmesan crust for delivery. We were told it would take... 45 minutes to an hour. The pizza is a good inch and a half thick so that kind of wait time seems reasonable. When we firstopened the box, the aromas of melted cheese, fresh sauce and caramelized crust filled the room. The crust is the real standoutfor this pie. It has a perfect, brown crunchy outside and a softer doughy interior. It?s the epitome of what pan pizza shouldbe! The sauce is good, not overly seasoned and tastes light and fresh. There was more plenty of cheese and toppings to make itgooey and filling. This is definitely one of (if not the) beat pan pizza in the area! Read more
