What a disappointment, waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes to order and received a microwaved cheeseburger, cheese melted... all over the wrapper,burger not on the bun completely and no pickles!!! DO BETTER. Read more
Terrible customer service, cold food and awful cashiers-YUCK! I was rushed to order my food by a I'll mannered cashier. I asked... for a large coffee in place of orange juice. Instead of the upcharge for changing the beverage size I was charged for anadditional drink. I used ApplePay and the cashier refused to set it at the end of the window. When it didn't take instantly, sheliterally sat the payment device down and just walked away. The manager watched her do this and said nothing- picked up thedevice to allow me to tap my phone to complete the payment, shoved my food in my face and slammed the window. Read more
Long wait to say the least. Customer service was impressive and I'd take that recovery any day over speed and possible rudeness.... Drive through employee, thanks for being different and actually talking to someone like a real caring person especially afterwhat you deal with all day....been there done that haha. Definitely saved the ship by simply being personal! Read more
Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:10 PM to a very rude crew member on the microphone. Theymade sure to tell me that they closed... in less than an hour and they did not have "very much food up" and that there would be a "long wait for everything." I told themthat I wasn't sure what that meant and asked if they would be able to make food or if that meant they were out of things. Theperson working got really rude and said "why don't you just tell me what you want and I'll tell you if we got it ornot." Seemed like they were trying to discourage me from ordering from the time I got here. Sadly not much else was open and Iwas already stuck in a wrap around drive thru line or I absolutely would have driven off. Completely unacceptable to talk tocustomers like this. One of the better Burger Kings, in my opinion. Service and food preparation were good during my visit, as it has been during my... 3 or 4 previous visits. The dining room itself was clean as was the restroom. My only concern was the 'stickiness' of thetables. They may wipe them, but they aren't scrubbed and dried clean; albeit, this is common to just about every other BG I'vevisited. More often than not, their tables feel tacky and sticky to the touch.
