Visited this morning, at about 10:00 placed an order told the girl no egg as I have an allergy and to make the meal a large.... Went out to the car with my order to find egg and a small order. Went back inside and the girl had a major attitude verydisrespectful to a customer because you couldn't pay attention to what I clearly said. Your manager told you to just fix theorder and you still just kept running your mouth. I truly hope she took you in the back office and wrote you up or at least gaveyou a verbal reprimand. Had I been your manager at the time you would have been taken off the floor and sent home for the day. Read more

Been progressively getting worse. They give you less fries with the large then you'll get in a small.

I just feel that the district supervisor in the akron area only cares about numbers not his people. And does not have a hart. So... I am now so much better sence I quit there as a manager I am no longer under and stress. And am a Manager of a bistro and therether work as a team and care about others. And that makes yore numbers. Honestly ticked. 3rd time here, and my whopper is wrong. Ketchup and pickle, not that hard. I got a whopper with everything on... it. Customer service was lacking. Never coming back. I can almost understand not offering refills during a pandemic to keep costs down on cups. However, when a customer asks for a... drink with no ice, do y'all really gotta be chintzy on filling the cup all the way to the top now too? C'mon...
