Not very welcoming at the drive up window. Almost felt like I was in the way. Then I got a roast beef sandwich instead of the... Diablo chicken sandwich I ordered. It at least was in the correct box. I recently purchased the new fish and chips and it was horrible!!! The fish was cold and mushy and the coating was like wet... bread not crispy at all. French fries were also cold and wet. I think the food collected the stream in the styrafoam box.Clearly it sat around in the box too long. Also why did you take your onion rings off the menu? They were the best onesaround!! My food was disgusting.Order two sliders and small curly fries. The chicken slider was hard wasn't able to bit down.The corned... beef slider was no better cold the cheese wasn't melted on either sandwich.I would like to rate my experience 0 but the savinggrace was the cashier.She was so nice to me too bad the food quality was so poor. Surprisingly their fish products are probably the best around, for a fast food chain
I just wasted $13 at the drive thru to get home and see that I received an over cooked yet cold chicken sandwich and curly... fries,(not even curly fries,more like inch long leftovers from the bottom of the fryer basket!)and mozzarella sticks thatsmelled and tasted like they were prepared in old grease..my dog wouldn't even eat them! Great service! Very friendly employees! Food was great! Wanted to try the white cheddar Mac and cheese and parts of it were cold... but we let them know and they fixed it for us and replaced it with a new one! Read more
