I ordered my food on sat sept 10 at 6.13pm it is now 8.01pm and i still havwnt received it. I believe it was appropriated to me... because I went in for pick up for my food that I paced for over 60$ and I came with my service dog and the lady at the wing stopsaid that I could not place an order with my dog before even asking if it was a service dog. This place is absolutely trash. The employees are super rude. I said I was there to pick up and the girl said okay and walked... away. Didn?t ask my name or anything. Then there was a lady sitting back there where the sauces are EATING. When there?s 9people waiting in the store to get their food. There was 4 people working there and only one person was actually working. Onewas eating. The rude girl at the front was in her phone and the other guy was in the back but it looked like he was cleaning.When I asked if my order isn?t done and if I could get a refund she literally rolled her eyes and just walked away. She doesn?tgreet anyone and she didn?t call anyone by name when handing out orders. She said ?here?. Clearly she shouldn?t working costumerservice. If you want burnt food in old oil and a drink with no ice then be my guest, but if you don?t. Then I would avoid thislocation all together. EDIT: I'm changing my review to 4 stars since I managed to get a refund after going directly through the Wingstop website's... "contact us" form. If you're having an issue reaching this location directly, try submitting a request online. Thank you forrefunding! ------------------- I'm pretty annoyed with this location, I keep trying to call to get a refund confirmed for myLabor Day order (they were straight up closed but still accepting online orders). Everytime I call the number on the orderemail, it doesn't go through. I'm glad they had the day off, but it's not fair that they still accepted online orders and thendon't give any update at all on refunding. I didn't get my food, so the owner shouldn't be keeping the money from that order :( Read more

This is probably one of the worst experiences I ever encounter with ordering food. I ordered food last night at 8:20 and spent a... total of $45.56 and when to go pick it up at 9:15. It said 22- 33 mins. Knowing that , that?s never true I gave some some timenot expecting my order to be done. So I sat down and waited a bit longer. Then I look to my phone to see 9:35 and I ask the ladyif my food was ready she tell me ?we?re working on it? she didn?t even give me a chance to say my name for the order. So Iclearly knew they were behind. So at this point in time I?m Frustrated and I see a couple walking in with their order to saythat their chicken is RAWWWW. Like I don?t understand how they can send out RAW CHICKEN.So I walked out and called twice around10 something to cancel my order and what do you know ? They don?t answer their phone. Ordered delivery and my fries were beyond cold. Literally cold like they were sitting there for hours. The chicken was... disgusting. My wings still had feathers on them. Chicken was warm. I'm always disappointed by this wingstop location yet since it's the one close to me I always try to order again expecting a... better experience. Today I ordered again ( my fault) and I got delivery this time and my order was missing items and my frieswere overcooked and cold. How sad this was my 1st meal in 2 days due to me being at a rehab center right down the street fromtheir location and still can't get what I paid for.
