POOR customer service!!!! I have been here a couple of times for breakfast, the food is great and well seasoned. But the... customer service is terrible from the whole front line! I was rudely asked ro MOVE out the line so other customers can order andthere was no one waiting behind me. I was trying to scan the QR code with my phone to be able to place an order online the nexttime. But NEVER AGAIN!!! I wish I can give them 0 stars to be honest. I made an online order at 3:56 said it'll be ready at 4:46. Went to pick up my... order. & my food wasn't even ready They was calling out my name for the online order. The ticket was sitting there the whiletime hasn't been even made!! Wasted a whole hour waiting to come and wait another 15 min. Nobody was attending the front. Allthe the employees were at the back just talking. Never again will I order from this raggedy place. Great fresh comfort food. The staff there are polite and friendly. The turkey or chicken subs with bacon are delicious!
Took forever to get my food even after ordering online. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes after the time my order was... supposed to be ready. Other than that, the food is pretty good for the price. Read more

Sign on door says they close at 8pm however, I have gone in the last 3 days and arrived at 7:30 and the door has been locked and... the girl who works there told me they are closed. If you close at 7:30 then change your sign to reflect that. I called to speakto a manager this morning and the guy who answered the phone was rude and said he was busy but didn?t even care to know why Iwas calling. I had the chicken cordon Blu it was good. I would recommend to ask them to cook your chicken with salt and pepper. My friend had... the Italian sub. I didn't like the pre sliced deli meat. The bread was fresh. The brownies look better in the picture then itactually was. The onion rings were fresh from the frozen bag. Nothing to write about. They do have the mini cookies, that Ilove.
