2 star for good service from the young lady at register. The food was really bad? we ordered pan con bistec and the bread tasted... old and the meat had rancid taste. The fries super soggy and cold. First time visiting and it will be the last. Pretty surethey never get recurrent diners. Read more
Never eating here again, horrible customer service and they serve the food like it was for a dog. This is not how you prepare... somebody?s food, it looks like they just threw everything in it and threw it in the bag, it wasn?t wrapped properly either.They always forget an item whenever i order online. This has to be the worse Cuban restaurant I?ve ever been to, never thought I?d feel the need to write a bad review on one of my... favorite cuisine styles. Their servings are extremely small, food is usually cold, one of the girls actually pushed a piece ofmy food in with her nail which to me seems really unsanitary and disrespectful. (No one wants strangers touching their food) inall honesty if I could give this place a -5 starts I would but I have to settle with one start. Don?t recommend to anyone. I ordered the chicken fajitas with fry cheese and tostones. The chicken tasted like it was soaked in lemon, the tostones were... completely soggy and full of grease as well, and the only decent thing it was the cheese but not even. All I can say is,Horrible food! Waste of money! Gave me a stomach ache. What else I can say.. well, I gave them a chance again and went backtoday expecting improvements. I shouldn?t have done that as not only they didn?t improved the quality of the food, but it isactually worse now. The staff is very nice but I certainly don?t go for the staff. My recommendation is you need to either firethe chef or close your business. I will never go back and I don?t recommend anyone to go there either. Read more
Poor customer service when I placed the order over the phone. The food tasted old and had no seasoning whatsoever. I will not be... ordering from them. I ordered the bistec empanizado with boniato frito. Steak looked pale and boniato looked like it had beensitting in oil for days. Read more
