Was in Cushing for some sky diving and we built up our appetites. Pueblo Viejo is not lying when they say Authentic in their... name. They provide so many great options especially on their Autentica menu. I love enchiladas so I had to try it three ways.All the food, including the white cheese queso, was so good. Honestly I'm a tough person to please I've been all over the country every state except Alaska and Hawaii and this is the best... Authentic Mexican restaurant I've been to next to a old lady's food truck on the Laredo Mexico border. If I could give 100 starsI would. The food was amazing drinks made perfect and our waiter was so nice and fast. Definitely will be a go to place for nowon. Read more
The food was horrible, i had the chicken enchilada the chicken was slimy and nasty their salsa was canned spaghetti sauce with... lots of salt and black pepper my husbands food was an enchilada special with ground beef the meat basically looked smelled andtasted like dog food the "spanish" rice which traditionally comes with chiles onions and tomato was orange dry rice with nothingand the refried beans tasted like someone dumped a whole bag of sugar in them.... and then when we complained and ate a bite ofone and 3 bites of the other they still charged us and the hostess was rude and very unproffesional. The food is always great, the service is beyond excellent! --- One of the things I... have noticed is that this restaurant retains it's wait staff ... they are all very attentive and friendly!! - The prices arereasonable, the place is kept very clean, decorated nicely, the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. - "The Skillet" - isour favorite... they offer it in: a.) Fajita Steak b.) Fajita Chicken c.) Combo Steak/Chicken d.) Was in Cushing, Ok for a death in family, took my kids out to eat and was totally satisfied with the food we received. Also, if... you try this place, make sure you eat a slice of their amazing pie (not sure how it was pronounced). I am sure we will go therefor another meal when we are in town again. Read more
