***Warning, if you have a dairy allergy do not trust this place to use milk alternatives, be prepared to be yelled at if they do... and you correct them*** As someone local to the area I was excited to have a Timmy?s so close. Unfortunately out of the 20 orso times I?ve been there I don?t think my order has ever been correct. Some, not all of the staff (the older ones mostly) arerude and confrontational when if you mention your order is wrong. I went inside to order today as my wife has gotten frustrated with the service. I can see why now. I ordered a wrap meal and... when I said what donut I wanted the older lady with dark hair said I didnt ask for a meal. When she changed my order and askedwhat size of coffee I wanted, I said whatever size it comes with. She kept repeating that it didnt make a difference what sizeI selected. Finally a girl working in the office corrected her and said it came with a medium drink. She kept saying there wasntany money on my gift card but I think she had it on debt. Worst Tim Horton's I have ever experience. Asked what flavors for latte's and employee Betty told me they did not have lattes.... Tried to pay with gift card and swiped several times. Believe she had the register set for debit. Found out my gift card wasdepleted to 0 value. Betty was exteremely rude. Will never go there again. Read more
Sandwich was hot, the blueberry muffin my Dad had was so fresh it was stuck the paper liner in some areas.... Mind you, I never... asked for cream in my peppermint tea. I asked for 2 sugar.. hopefully it wasn't too bad and the rest of the staffs day wentwell. Read more
My husband went to drive thru to get a chocolate dipped donut and a sandwich. They pit the donut in first face down and then the... sandwich on top. Not rocket science what happened to my donut. Seriously?? Read more
