UPDATE: I finally received an email response from someone named Nair (whose credentials were not shared with me), but it was... just an apology, nothing more. For the cost of the açaí bowl, I would expect some type of compensation to have been offered.Save yourself the trouble; don't waste your time at this Vitality Bowls location. I've only ever visited this location once, and I have no plans to return to it. On my first (and only) trip here, I ordered a large Vitality Bowl, and the strawberries didnot taste fresh. They tasted spoiled and musty, so much so that I was forced to scoop out and throw away the strawberries frommy bowl. I emailed the location about my experience and have received no response. I strongly recommend visiting the San JoseBrokaw Road location over this location. Read more

Bowls are decent but not great value. The wait times are absolutely terrible if you don't order in advance. Expect to wait 20+... mins. 2 stars. Read more

We needed some vegetables and went for the salads and a smoothie. It's not difficult to make a delicious salad, and yet both... salads committed several egregious sins. The kale was curly leaf and unaltered in any way- not massaged, nothing. Just a hugepile of kale with stems. The tiny dressing was broken (unemulsified, possibly frozen), with a layer of congealed oil on top ofstraight vinegar. It was the same with the spinach salad dressing. Very low effort. Plenty of greens, which saved them a star. The smoothie also lacked flavor, body, and it seemed even some of the ingredients listed. Also, at first sip seemed icey. A $10smoothie should not have ice. Amazing food, great customer service, and spot-on safety measures. I went recently and ordered a large bowl in two, since a... friend and I wanted to share but recognized that splitting the bowl ourselves might be risky. When we got our order, the orderwas in one large bowl. We went back, told them what happened, and they told us they'd make us another bowl rather than take theexisting bag back to their workstation. Safety? Check. Customer Service? Check. To top it all off, the food was absolutelydelicious and so filling. Can't appreciate them enough! Read more

This was my first time here, so I ordered the basic bowl. The bowl tasted okay, but it was not very filling, and I felt a bit... sick after eating the bowl. I understand why some people enjoy this place, but this type of food is not for me. Read more

Had the tropical bowl here. The medium is already very filling on an empty stomach so unless you're super hungry, I wouldn't get... the large, especially since it can melt. The flavor is sweet, tasty, and refreshing. My only gripe is how expensive it is. Amedium bowl was around 12 dollars. I understand that it's fruit, but I feel it's a bit steep. Also be careful because eventhough it's natural sugars, it's still a lot of sugar. Read more

I really like this place, but it's a bit pricey and they seem understaffed. It's at the Kula Sushi area so park underneath the... building and walk on over. It's very easy to walk passed them since the windows are all tinted and it's hard to tell anythingis going on. The price. We're talking $12 for a large Acai bowl. I will admit that the bowl is really filled up and it'sheavy. Jamba Juice sells Acai bowls for $6-7, but the quality / portion is probably less. Just not sure if it's almost 50%less. Expect a wait. Especially if there are people ahead of you. It probably took roughly around 3 mins per customer. Theydo provide free wifi. Password is mentioned at the cash register area. I'm not sure if it's the best place to chit chat sinceit's a bit echoy and people can hear everything, but it's definitely a great place to bring a laptop to get some work done whileyou eat some smoothie bowl. Tip - You can get $1 off with Yelp checkin Tip #2 - When I went, there was a Groupon for it Read more
