I actually went here a bunch of times when they first opened a few years ago in 2019 because back then they offered custom... cheese foam printing of a design you can upload to their machine (so forgive the abundance of old photos I dug up). The noveltyof this was super fun so we came here many times to upload different designs. Since then I've gone to college and graduated andcovid happened so the store has changed quite a bit. I checked it out again today and I don't think they offer the cheese foamprinting anymore but the drinks are still tasty. I think it's good if you prefer a more creamy tasting drink. What happened to this place? This is normally my go-to spot in Cupertino Village, but the service has seriously gone down hill.... We ordered on their kiosk, and literally waited over an HOUR! I only got one drink, why would it take over an hour? The qualityof their drinks have always been consistent, but they seriously need to figure out how to prioritize their drink-making system.I can understand being busy, but no one should ever wait more than 20 minutes for boba... let alone an HOUR. If you do want totry this place, order on Doordash or order online an hour before. I love this tea shop's drinks!! Super strong tea flavor and they have a unique selection. Snacks are so good too
The tea is strong tasting, that's a plus for me. Their toppings like mochi and brown sugar cheese are rich and tasty. One of the... few good boba places among the sea of mediocre boba shops that are everywhere these days. Read more
Popcorn chicken - Flavor is great! Mine was not as hot as hope. I was waiting there soon I picked up when it's ready. Can be... a little bit more crispy as well. Braised Ground Pork Rice Bowl Bento Box - I love that flavor, lover that they put decentamount of sauce in the rice. The fried tofu and pot stickers are a little cold. Otherwise, the mixed pork and rice are verytasty. Milk tea with cheese top - I would say it'll be better if they used the sealed cup (flat top) then the round cup withtape on the straw hole. It's very clumsy trying to mixed the cheese top with the tea cause I can't shake it and it'll spill. Otherwise, there flavor is good. I order just cheese top (not brown sugar one) and 1/4 sugar and still taste pretty good. Forthose who has no high blood sugar can just get any level of sugar. Milk tea with glass jelly - we have been to many milk teaplace for glass jelly. Most of them are fresh home made glass jelly but this one taste very chewy, I assume it's purchased andnot home made. It was a little busy when I showed up since most people were picking up their orders, but you can also order in-person via their... tablet that's located on the right side of the entrance. I ordered in-person and it was nice that I was able to pick/tap theitems I wanted to order. I ordered three drinks (Chestnut Milk Tea, Creme Brulee Milk Tea, and Sticky Rice & Red Bean Milk Tea)and two chicken sandwiches. They will call out your number (printed on your receipt) when your order is ready to-go. I waspleasantly surprised with the chicken sandwich: it wasn't greasy at all and it had mayonnaise and kimchi! I was so surprised that this new place opened up in Cupertino Village! As seen on their logo “Ume Tea”, I assume is meant to... stand for “U n Me Tea” since it’s also labelled on their cups. The staff was nice and friendly, suggested drinks theyliked/their favorites. I ordered their Mango Pomelo Sago. Aka Mango + Grapefruit + Sago (mini white tapioca balls). I reallyliked it! It was sweet, tangy, and lastly sour from the grapefruit. Not many boba shops have sago drinks, and I just love howthey do!! I also ordered their Strawberry Matcha Milk Tea and it came with a scoop of Matcha ice cream inside! It was sweet andmilky, very much enjoy matcha drinks.
