Best bingsu I ever had for real. Place came recommended by Korean-national buddy so I know it's legit. Liked it so much I went... again a week later. Pictured is black sesame! Burdock tea was also super good. Had it hot and ate the actual root slices after.Yum! Come here with a friend and hit up the other Korean spots in the area while you're at it! Read more

Sul and Beans is a Korean style shave ice desert store. Their shave ice is light, dry and fluffy, with a hint of milk/soybeans... taste. There are different options for toppings like fruits, red beans, etc. Great spot for the hot summer. Read more

Mango was pretty good but the experience wasn't. Inside the restaurant the acoustics were so loud from the wooden chairs... rubbing the floor tiles and the echoes from the customers speaking loudly it was such a headache. Also, the dish was a $1 morefor takeout and the employee couldn't explain why but I figured it out afterwards it was for the cooling pouch and dry ice pack.Didn't see anywhere on the menu but it should've been stated again during ordering Read more

Tried the earl grey bingsu and injeolmi toast. Both tasted pretty good but the bingsu definitely didn't looks as full/pretty as... the display which was fine with me since it was tasty. The toast was a good compliment to the bingsu since it could feel a bitdry by itself. Read more

I will be honest, I don't know why I've avoided this place. Maybe just bad former experiences of bingsoo at other dessert... places? Maybe the uncertainty of what they had? Regardless, I'm definitely glad I finally tried them out today! The service wasquick and the team was helpful in answering any questions we had. You order at the counter and take a buzzer while you wait. For three items, we only waited what seemed like 3-4 minutes! Today, we tried the cinnamon toast, sweet rice drink, andpomegranate mint drink. I didn't expect the sweet rice drink to be in a slushy texture, but what an interesting way to serve it!Can definitely see myself craving this drink on a hot summer day. The pomegranate mint drink wasn't mine, but overall we bothagreed the drinks were a leaning on the too-sweet side. The cinnamon toast was great! It was honey buttered toast withcinnamon, whipped cream, and almond slivers. Gotta love dessert bread! ?? I want to come back and try their black sesame toastand other drinks soon! Read more

Sul & Beans was what I expected of a bingsoo place, good selection and really nice portion sizes. We ordered 3 for 5 people and... it was more than enough to get to try a variety. The bingsoo was not too sweet and the snow ice made from milk was fluffy andnice. A little disappointed that even for dine-in, the bingsoo came in the plastic containers. We received some metal spoons soI'm not too sure why bowls wouldn't be used again. It was a bit difficult to get a good portion of ice, toppings and sauce whenyou first start digging in but eventually it got mixed well. We also got plastic spoons and smaller containers for each personto eat out of their individual share while the metal spoons we used for serving only. Getting the bingsoo was pretty quick, they give you a buzzer when your order is ready. Of the three we tried - mango, strawberry cheesecake, and Oreo - I wished themangoes were a bit sweeter or gave a bit more sauce, but the strawberry one was very good. Next time I'm in the area I'd like totry one of their toasts as well. Seating was quite plentiful and most people (at least during my time here) mainly stayed onlyto eat and were on their way pretty soon after so the turnover for getting a spot to sit down was relatively fast.
