The staff is unbelievably rude and unkind! We ordered 3 subs and things were fine. Half way through our meal we requested water... cups and were told that they ran out. How is that even possible?!!!! My kids were really thirsty so I asked her to give me any(soda?) cup and we'd just drink water as we didn't want the soda. Staff said I'd need to buy the cup. For real. Are you kiddingme?! Asked for chicken bacon sandwich, which is an item on the menu. Used coupon to make the sandwich a set price. They applied... coupon, and then added a 2$ extra charge for bacon. Never returning to this location, that's for sure. Read more
Alright, so I got and liked my 6-inch meatball sandwich, but my girlfriend was getting something from the menu and the staff... were asking if she wanted cheese, sauce and lettuce, when the staff should know what to put. Place is fairly clean, employees are a bit rude I always get the same sandwich so the person helping me added an additional item...
