Coffee is ok. Lots of options. Customer service is good. Cost.. 2$ more than Starbucks which is already getting up there and... they use cheap material like plastic wear and plastic pitchers to mix. Great pour over coffee. My go to is the Tesora with medium cream and light sugar. The staff is super friendly. Their breakfast... burritos are filling and they serve Palo Alto Firefighters Pepper Sauce. Read more

Super super cool coffee shop. We love the art for sure on the wall. The huge chalkboard is cool that anyone can write on. ... There is a wall of the shop's family. I really like their coffee. Not a consistent Philz. I?ve also had issues with their cold brew - I?ll buy a Mission Cold Brew but it will taste like... Philtered Soul. I?ve gotten a bunch of take home bottles and they?ve tasted like hazelnut twice. I had to go back to get itchanged - which the employees nicely did - but I think they use the same containers without cleaning them out. Not the mostimpressed with this Philz :( Read more
