Was going to the Tofu King across but saw this new Malaysian/Singaporean place in its soft opening phase so why not. Owner was... very courteous and helped us with the selection. Had the Nasi namek and the Laksa which were both outstanding especially withthe sauces which were made daily on site with all the fresh ingredients. The pork satay is also delicious with tender meat andthe thick homemade peanut sauce. Overall a pleasant surprise and can recommend this place. Read more

The Laksa is totally delicious and addicitve. It was perfect on a cold, wet winter day. I finished my bowl and would have had... a second if I didn't have to save space for dessert. They have this great sticky forbidden black rice and a pandan ice creamdesert. You have to get both because they pair perfectly with one another. Read more

The food is fantastic. I have never had better Laksa in the Bay Area. The Tom Yum and clear broth are delicious. The Pork Satay... Madura was fantastic. The roasted cashews and glazed pecans were tasty and filling and the Hibiscus Tea was cool andrefreshing. I would highly recommend the Stick Black Forbidden Rice - It was a nice way to end our meal.
