I called Liang?s Village several days in advance and were able to reserve for a large group of people (really appreciated how... helpful and patient Eric was on the phone and on the day itself!). When we came to the restaurant, they checked our vaccinecards/pictures and then we were promptly seated. The dishes came pretty quickly and were great?definitely reminiscent of foodfrom Taiwan. The beef soup was quite good, although a tad bit sweet for my taste, but I liked it overall. Others also reallyenjoyed the beef noodle soup, especially the texture of the noodles, as well as the rice dishes. Fantastic service and foodhere! Would recommend. Read more
Stopped in for the first time today after getting a haircut at my friend's salon next door. First off, you have to be... vaccinated to dine-in. If you don't have your vax card handy, simply scan the QR code at the door, enter your info and your vaxrecord comes up on your phone. The cool thing is, once they see your vax info, they refer to you by name the duration of yourvisit, making for a quite personable experience. The service was great and helpful. The food was unbelievably tasty. Flavors Ihave NEVER had before in this context. I will definitely go back! I wish I took pictures of the menu but my food wasimpeccable: seasoned chicken and rice with a ginger-green onion sauce on the side. Absolutely, yummy!! And gluten free! Plus aseaweed salad and rose green milk tea. Yum, yum YUM!!! (More food than I could eat. Enough for left overs or to share with afriend.) Yeah, I'll be back! Read more
Decided to stop by here for an early dinner. The space is airy and clean, tables are quite spaced out. There was no wait and the... food came out quick. We ordered the shredded chicken cold noodles and the beef/tendon noodles and they were both super tasty.Compared to other noodle places, both dishes were on the sweeter side. At first, I was slightly disappointed with the tiny bitsof chicken in the cold noodles but that was quickly forgotten as I tucked in a mouthful of chewy noodles glazed with that magicsauce. That sauce needs to be sold separately and I will buy it in a heartbeat-just the right amount of savory, umami, sweet, garlicky, sesame fragrance. The beef and tendon noodle soup was also delicious with big flavorful chunks of meat and tendon. Thehand-pulled noodles were so slippery! Will come back for sure when we are in the area again. Good food and excellent service. The hand pulled noodles makes this place very special. You can choose the dry noodles or... noodle soup. You can also choose thin or flat noodles. All depends on what you like. The beef tender noddle is highlyrecommended. You need to ask spicy sauce if you need it. I believe this is because of the pandemic. Otherwise you should seeall of these sauces on your table. Read more

Fantastic Taiwanese cuisine - one of the best in the Bay. Their beef noodle soup still doesn't compare to what you'll find in... Taiwan, but it's still pretty damn good. The scallion pancakes were less crispy and more flimsy than I expected. The cold peanutnoodles were great. The smashed cucumbers were good though not as flavorful as at Din Tai Fung. Read more
