The wings are an 3 stars, everything else is 2 stars (at best)... I would recommend NOT ordering anything but wings... UPDATE!... Ordered wings today and they were inedible. Have ordered the WNB Ranch wings on numerous occasions, with no issue. Today'swere bathed in salt, could not get past the first one. Terrible! See the photo... that's all salt! I?m glad I didn?t read the reviews before I came here tonight as I might have not come. After a day pressure washing, I was... craving a burger - and tots if possible. Walking up to the door I saw two teens at the register and began to regret mydecision. When I opened the door - it wasn?t very busy - both teens enthusiastically (and sincerely?) exclaimed welcome to WNBFactory! As I walked up to the register, they both asked if they could help me. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, tots, and adrink. The other cashier, thankfully, clarified my order making sure I, or my cashier, didn?t miss anything - cheese was leftoff the order. The other cashier unknowingly saved the day! Waiting for my food I went to the bathroom - very clean. Came backto my table and a few minutes later my food was ready. Went up to the counter and both teens were there to wait on me, makingsure I had everything I needed, and recommending season salt for the tots. There were plenty of condiments and dippingsauces. Was the burger the best burger I?ve ever had - no. But did it hit the spot? Absolutely. Called in advance to ask closing time. Was told 10pm. Told them we would be eating in. Was told that was fine they were open... until 10pm. Arrived at 9:20pm they were mopping the floor with mop water that smelled terrible. The chairs were stacked. Oncewe ordered and got drinks we were told they were turning off the soda machine. My wife has a medical condition which she mustdrink constantly while eating. So this isn?t turning out very well. She couldn?t eat. When I spoke to the owner/manager toexplain he could of been more welcoming. He explained he allowed us to eat there. After spending $50 for 3 of us to eat,?heALLOWED us to eat there. Even though we finished by 10pm. The food was ok but the attitude was completely unacceptable! I willnever eat there again! I plan on contacting the corporate office and finding out if this is the way they train franchises totreat customers. Read more

Called to ask how late they were open. They said 10. At 9:30 we were rudely greated. They reluctantly allowed us to eat. Shut... their soda machine off at 9:40 BEFORE we got t our food. Our order was mediocre at best. Cheddar bacon fries minus the bacon. Read more

I stopped in a couple of days ago to grab a bite with a friend. I have never been but love boneless wings. Their selection of... sauces was great so I was very excited. Unfortunately my order came out as bone in wings instead of boneless. Thankfully theemployee working the counter checked my order before giving it to me and got the wings switched quickly.
