I?ve never posted or complained. I had to. Woke up still mad about experience at wild wing. Wasn?t the first time the service... was bad but this was the worst. I took my family for some wings. 50plus minutes later I got a plate of wings that were cold andlooked and tasted like they were from the buffet the day before.I asked server 30 plus minutes into the wait where the wingswere. He said ? oh they ready but waiting on kids chicken tenders, I have to bring them out at the same time..? I then watchedhim clean two tables the slowest I?ve ever seen a table cleaned. He took another tables order goes and get their drinks.Meanwhile we ask another server could you please check on our food. He returns and says another couple of mins. They finallybring our wings, and boneless wings and kid chicken tenders. They were horrible. If I owned this restaurant I would beembarrassed. I looked forward to wild wings and haven?t eaten all day. Paid 91$ for garbage. I had to say something to server.I said you should never hold wings for 30 mins plus for a kitchen error on a kids tenders. His response was he was just doing astold. That he couldn?t bring food till it all was ready. I was so disappointed. I woke up still upset had to post for the firsttime. I won?t ever go back there again. If that is their policy. I really do love this location but my experience tonight has me rethinking if I'll ever return. We showed up a little after 6... and were seated immediately. It took over 20 minutes for us to even be greeted by our server, after another employee checked inwith us and then went and found our server. As we'd been sitting there we went ahead and ordered both our drinks and our meals.20 minutes after that we noticed that again our server was no where to be found and a table that had been sat around the time weordered had their drinks, and ours were nowhere in sight. Wings, sports, beer and good people. What more could we ask for! And I love the variety in sauces for the wings. My favorite is... The Slayer sauce. It is a spicy garlic sauce and it's just the right amount of heat for me. On top of the good food and drinks,every time I have gone we have had great service and the food always comes out fast. I also enjoy the live music theoccasionally have at Wild Wing Cafe, I would love to have more of that! Read more
Very dissatisfied with this place. The one bright spot was the bartender she was excellent. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks... and food. The food service was the issue. 45 minutes to get an order of chicken wings. You would think that an establishmentthat mainly served and advertised chicken wings would have no problem getting those out of the kitchen. I overheard severalother customers with the same concern. There was a sign on the door saying they needed help. Maybe the owner and or managersshould show some leadership and hit the serving floor or help out in the kitchen. Place was decent. Service was good. They have a wide variety of sauces for wings. Good place to hangout with friends.
We were met at the door and seated promptly, our order was taken and drinks arrived after a few minutes, but then 40 minutes... passed and nothing. Finally our food arrived and the wings were very poor quality. Mine were charred and way over cooked,completely inedible. I didn?t say anything until the end because I?m just not that kind of person. The server apologized forthe wings but didn?t offer any solution and I still paid full price. We asked for the check and a to-go drink and waitedanother 20-30 minutes while one of our waitresses (we had two- the main one and one in training), who according to our checkhad the name ?Little Sexy? , chatted with the manager from across the restaurant. We had to flag down another waiter to ask topay our check again. Finally the main waitress came over and took our payment - we paid and left. I hate to see a place withsuch potential go down the tube. There are several others who have shared similar experiences with me in regards to thislocation. Read more
The food is always delicious at WWC. They also have a great staff especially the bartenders Jessie Jessica and Kyleigh will take... really good care of you. Recently wild Wing Cafe has updated their menu but the food is still just as good. Also if you'relooking for a good time on a Friday Saturday night go to wild Wing where they have live music Read more
