I've given them too many chances after numerous terrible trips. Today was the last time. Rude employees. Terrible customer... service. Missing items. Wrong drinks. Wrong nuggets. Last time they get money from me. Do yourself a favor and go somewherethat may actually care about you. Read more
The food is always great and managment is always friendly. They allow you to dine in the location and the environment has a... great aura of hospitality. I love how the cuisine is always fresh and you can tell that not only the beef & chicken is of goodquality, the ingredients they use to dress the sandwiches is of a good tier as well. The restaurant is very clean andarchitected appropriately with warm lighting and colors that are gentle on the eyes. The sun really does hit through the windowswhen you are in this place :) ! The area in which this location is in the city is a very fun, chill & vibrant place. I commendthis Wendy's and I hope you will enjoy your experience there. Side note: The staff is very upfront and are running a fast pacedrestaurant. If you are trying to get a fast good quality meal this is for you, if you are trying to find someone to tickle yourfancy and appease to your every want and need then that is not the real world. Disregard the reviews talking about the service.The staff does their job and is there to make your meal and let you proceed to your business. They are not there to entice yourfantasies. This corporate run Wendy's has been run poorly since the day it opened even before COVID. Now it's worse. I do not think I have... ever seen the same employee here twice. Read more
This place is literally awful. All the staff is rude, and they can?t follow simple instructions. Half the time ?the system is... down? and they are more often then not very very slow for fast food. Chick-fil-a is right there, and faster. Read more

Poorly managed restaurant. Ordered trough the drive thru the order was wrong, I came back walking on the rain to the drive thru... window (restaurant is closed for dine in) the guy at the window received the order and proceeds to give three different peopleon their cars their order (that were behind me). Got my food after 15 minutes waiting in the rain. No apologies or whatsoever. Read more
