What can I say. Bigge bags hit. They did however dump my nuggets upside down and forget napkins in my bag but luckily I'm quick... to forgive ???????????? Second time around so updating my review. Food was okay. The sandwich was dry and the fries were thesaving grace. The service was kinda mid and when I tried to use a Boo Book they asked me to purchase another item to make itwork even though it says "no purchase necessary on the back. Not the first time my order was wrong. Number one with no cheese. Got cheese and absolutely nothing else on this burger. And the... last time I'm coming to your drive thru period! And I gave you a one star...not a four. Read more
Order was done incorrectly. I ordered big bacon classic and got bourbon bacon. My wife told them no mustard, and guess what,... they put mustard on hers. Then they forgot my frosty. They are loud and boisterous. The tables were dirty and they had a big,dirty box on the counter with different sauces. Some of the packets were leaking and nasty. Read more
I ordered a mango pineapple lemonade. When I received my drink it was a light yellow fluid with about an inch of dark orange... fluid sitting at the bottom. When I ask the young man at the window if if was supposed to be like that he said and I quote"Yeah, it's fine all you have to do is shake it.".... in a Wendy's cup? Unacceptable. Read more
Very well run Wendy's. They're always friendly and pretty efficient and you know just how its supposed to be.
I always get a #2 (w patties) with cheese, catsup and mustard only--and when I got my burger opened it up it was saturated... soaking in ketchup and mustard. Don't know if that was a funny thing the inside Wendy's preparers did or what I don't know Idon't care. I give them kudos Wendy's restaurants and there's been at least three different that I've ordered down whileordering that same order explaining nicely that could you could you please get them to put just a little bit of ketchup and alittle bit of mustard spread around because usually there is a lot of times there is a lot and way too much you need it. Managerwas very nice they got my order correct and that's happened three times I've run out so that's good I'm going to keep it up witha nice request you want to try that. Cuz you see getting my order correct by a restaurant when they hand it to me and makingsure it's correct annoying it's correct it's a good thing for me if I know it's correct it's a better feeling then got to be tobe correct and what else do we want protocol one when we're going through a restaurant or into a restaurant. Well I thinkprotocol one we all want our order to be right. what we ordered as we ordered it like we ordered it that's what we want. Food is decent , employees are usually very unfriendly giving orders at drive thru. So much so I dread going there. Fries... container fronts (even large size ) are too low and allows the containers to barely hold any fries. Prices are also getting outof hand 15 dollars for a combo is ridiculous. Do better Wendy's. Dave would not be proud . Read more
