The cook did a fantastic job but the waitress had the temperature set to around 50 to 55°, which was very cold. She said she'd... turn it off but she was warm in her coat and I'm sure it's warm by the grill. Make sure to bring a hat and coat when you come tothis one. Read more
This is a nice clean restaurant. It is easy to get to in a very busy area with at least two separate entrances and exits. The... tables are kept very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. The food is served hot and they always make sure it'scooked to your satisfaction. It can get a little bit busy during peak hours. I would make a point to return to this Waffle Houseif ever and that area of town. Read more

If I could leave negative stars, I would. When we arrived, the were 2 employees in sight. One standing at the register chatting... with the only customer, and one in the back of the dining room. We went in, sat and waited. 5 minutes go by, and the server fromthe back comes to the table. Do you know what you want? Umm. Ok, yes she pulls a napkin from napkin the holder, writes down ourorder.. goes behind the counter to get a waffle and a drink and sits down to to eat. Ok, maybe the other server who's chattingup the guy at the register is our server. Nope. She finishes half her waffle and then brings our drinks. As we got our drinks,we were 20 minutes into our visit and another table comes in, the cook come in from outside and the other server goes to thattable. They order and 25 minutes in, they start to cook the food. As we receive our food, the grits were cold and tasted old.Butter wouldn't even melt. After we got our food, the servers and the cooks were talking about something (that in itself is notthe big deal) but then decided it was a private conversation so they went outside. Our server stood at the register eatingsomething staring towards the backdoor. Then she followed. As our drinks were empty and we had eaten the food that was edible,we stacked our dishes and waited, as did the other table. She finally came back in I asked for check and a drink to go. We gotthe check, she went back to eating. We paid the other server and left - with no drink to go. Worst service EVER. Read more

Every time I go to this location they are always doing to go? on other customers but as soon as it?s my turn to place my order... they magically are not doing anymore to go?s this has happened 4x already will not be going back to this locationanymore. I have to say the experience at this waffle house was the best I have had at any Waffle House in my life I don't say that... lightly. The server that served us could work at a high end fine dining restaurant. She was so attentive and on her game. Thefood was on our table with in 5 min's after we ordered and this was Sunday morning.
