Emily Jane is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. 5 star service to me and my fiancé. Waffle house... you don't deserve... her. LISTEN when she speaks up about something instead of ignoring her like a number instead of a human being. She didn't tellme that. Is it gourmet? No, it's waffle house. It's greasy and delicious. This one is clean and well staffed. The staff are professional... and courteous and well groomed. Management needs to figure out a way to drain the grease trap other than a dumping into a pailin front of customers. It's an open kitchen, customers see everything, especially those of us who spent their 20s inrestaurants. May I suggest rerouting the grease drain to the back of the house where no one can see.
