Is it gourmet? No, it's waffle house. It's greasy and delicious. This one is clean and well staffed. The staff are professional... and courteous and well groomed. Management needs to figure out a way to drain the grease trap other than a dumping into a pailin front of customers. It's an open kitchen, customers see everything, especially those of us who spent their 20s inrestaurants. May I suggest rerouting the grease drain to the back of the house where no one can see.
