I honestly usually love this place but today was ridiculous. Staff your restaurant! Don?t leave 2 girls all by themselves and... think this is ok! I understand there can be callouts but these poor girls were all by themselves. Have a manager. 41 minutes toget my order today, smoothies are like juice, food is cold bc the smoothies came 12 minutes after the food, smaller cups thannormal, no baked lays, no straws w my order, quesadilla was wrong. I tried to be super patient but today was beyond that. Thiswas ridiculous. 100% don?t come here on a weekend afternoon. Def not gonna be back here. Oh well. Read more
Updated as of 4/29/22... Unfortunately today was a big dissapointment. Ordered at 1:18pm took me about 10 minutes to get there... and smoothies were ready but 4 items (2 breakfast wraps, flatbread, and salad) weren't ready until 1:56pm. Sat there and watchedhow out of order they completed each persons meal. People who walked in or drove up got their food prepared before my onlineorder did. The 6 smoothies when brought back to the office was watered-down with no smoothie to them. Please do better whenoverwhelmed. No way my smoothies should have sat for almost 40minutes and no way should it have taken that long for 4 fooditems. I had to foot the bill for each person who ordered because of the dissapointment. I did walk to the counter to see howlong it would be and the manager stated they were pretty busy. I get you are busy but 4 people ordered when I got there and theygot there food/drinks and left. I hate to say it but the smoothies here taste like watered down fruit half the time. I always get the strawberry banana smoothie... and it feels like every time I have to ask them to remake it. It?s absolutely disgusting, almost resembles the taste of handsanitizer (sorry had to say it). Once they remake it, it tastes fine. I just don?t understand why they couldn?t make it tastelike that in the first place. And the chicken pesto wraps always look and somewhat taste undercooked, just look at the cheese init. Read more
