If anyone gives this place 5 stars is because their standards are sub-zero. Just look at the images and tell me if you would eat... there? Also they forgot our drinks, salad, silverware, and butter and we ordered medium-rare and got all the food well done. Service has certainly taken a hit, and it's not pandemic nor short staff related. This location used to have excellent service... across the board. It appears as if there was a major management shift... Food is good, but seldom great; though there is valueon some dishes. Some servers are really good, others are really bad. Ordered a 40 oz prime rib and it was cooked medium perfectly service was outstanding now I have 6 sides to eat for the next 2... days and a small piece of meat left TJ and Shelly and our wonder woman waitress was so awesome I really can't say enough aboutthem.100% Recommended by me Read more

Great service from arrival to departure! Our server was perfect, visited our table just the right amount. We each had the... filet and they were cooked just as we ask, medium rare. The house salad and baked sweet potato made great sides. I liked thatthey still have peanuts, they came in small sealed bags. In my opinion, Texas Roadhouse is probably the best chain steakhouse! My first visit here. It wouldn’t be the last. My son likes the chicken wings very much, he gave it 97 out of 100. The 20oz... steak is cooked super good, juicy and tender. Shrimp is very fresh. Went here because of all the recent hipe on social media about quality at Texas Roadhouse. Place was packed. Good sign I guess?... It was very pleased with my beer, a Sam Adams winter ordered a 16 oz ribeye medium rare. Took a little bit for the salad to comeout. But it was tasty. Then there was a long wait for my steak. When it arrived, it was obviously well overcooked. I was askedwhat I thought of it and I said obviously this is not medium rare and then I cut into it to show medium well at best. They saidthey would cook another but I was not willing to wait the long time to get one. It's a shame when you have a cook, an expediterand a server that they would even bring it to the table when it is obviously well. Overcooked for medium rare. It could havebeen diverted to someone that ordered it cooked that way and then not been wasted had I sent it back. Instead I ate it. Didn'tenjoy it. Read more
