Online states they are open until 12am. Pull in at 8:50. After making us wait to order for a few minutes, we are told they are... closed when the car in front of us was able to place their order. Very rude when we tried to confirm that they were actuallyclosed. Luckily there are several options around for food, but just sad how terrible TacoBell has become. honestly, the employees probably arent all there, but i probably wouldnt be either if i worked at taco bell. we both know why im... there, if u go to taco bell late at night, u already know. im not looking for fine dining- hell, i?ll eat something that fell onthe floor at that point. i just want my baja blast and anything that tastes like a watered down white washed version of mexicanfood. anyway, thanks to the guy who gave me a free drink, neither of us knew what was happening but we knew we were in ittogether. You have to input your own order in the kiosk, then you don?t get a drink and no one speaks English or ignores you when you ask... for one. I pay more for tacos then if I went to a sit down Mexican restaurant, get worse food and worse service. Read more
Something has happened here recently and the service has gotten worse. I waited in the lobby for 32 mins last week and this... time in the drive through for 48 mins for mobile orders. The service is so bad I think this location needs to be shut down andre-invented. The workers just stare at you like they don't understand why you are there. I mean If you have some time to kill ona Saturday night and want to get some good laughs out of watching people have meltdowns in the parking lot because they can'tget their food... then this is your spot. Whoever the new black lady is there needs to be fired. She?s very unprofessional and very rude. I was waiting on a order and... just the way she spoke to customers was just sad. A woman came in to pic her order up, and they forgot to give her a cup. Shepatiently waited at the counter for a while, and the employee never acknowledged her. The lady finally said excuse me and theworker actually said ?what? to her very rudely. A group of guys came in to order and for whatever reason she assumed they allwanted the same exact meal. She didn?t wait for them to say what they wanted. Every time they came to the register to placetheir order she acted as if she was annoyed. I've been to this location about 15 times in the past year and they've almost always gotten my order correct. The employees I've... interacted with here have been fine and have gotten the food ready in a reasonable amount of time. Even though there have been afew minor mistakes (forgetting to remove onions from my burrito, for example), overall it's a pretty good Taco Bell. For theprice and service, I gave it 5 stars.
