I went to this location drive thru on 1:51 PM on 3 rd October 2022. I ordered something. I repeated the order twice , second... time slowly. But the representative was keen to correct the way the food is pronounced even though he understood what I wantedto order. He could have the repeated the order in correct way ( pronunciation wise) and I would have said yes and that wouldhave been a smooth order execution . I felt offended and cancelled the order. Don't even bother anymore!! We have tried to go here a few times in the past several months and ended up not even placing an... order because there was some "condition" for placing orders. "We are only serving hard tacos, nothing else." What?? Tonight wewent up there to the drive through and was told they are only filling orders placed through the app. What?? Okay well bye. (Wehave used the app in the past at other locations and the orders have always had issues.) Whomever owns this place needs tospend some quality time getting things back on track. Read more
Like John mclearen states below ????? I was the customer getting screamed at the employee was screaming go to McDonald?s go to... McDonald?s. Unfortunately I want to Taco Bell and fortunately there?s a Taco Bell right down the street that I will continue togo to instead. So after getting screamed at and being told to go to McDonald?s I went to the other Taco Bell. Sat in line for 20 min and the person in front of me waited longer than I did. When the person came on the speaker, he was very... rude to the person waiting in line. They started screaming at the customer in the line. We both drove off after that. This is aconstant thing at this location. Rude employees, and long wait times. Something needs to be addressed. Unreal. We have been waiting for 30 minutes for our food along with a lot of other people. They keep coming to our car with... the wrong order and aimlessly wondering the parking lot looking for the owner of the current bag of food. They only have twoworkers and the dining room is closed. This is insane. Never ever again! The owner of this Taco Bell should shut it down. This is beyond crazy. Read more
Service and staff was unprofessional and when I arrived at drive thru to pickup my mobile order, I was told the store was... closed...it was only 9pm and they normally close at midnight. I proceeded to tell them I placed a mobile order and they told meto park at the front and they'd make my order. Once I arrived back home, I noticed the whole order was made wrong. Instead ofblack beans, we received old refried beans which I cannot consume. Also, the black bean quesaritos were made with ONLY refriedbeans and very little rice, rolled in a stale tortilla. I had to drive back to address the issue and once I asked who themanager on staff was, (Mario) they told me there was nothing they could do and that I'd have to cancel my order. The two maleemployees then said they suddenly had black beans and can remake the order. However, at this time, my time was wasted and so wasmy gas and not to mention, based on their unprofessionalism, I didn't trust them to make my order. So I gave them the wholeorder back. This location is horrible. The employees are unprofessional and lazy. Regardless of being understaffed, if there isan employee present, they should be doing their job. They are literally getting paid to do absolutely NOTHING. -5 stars. Read more
In the PAST This place used to be great. Staff was the best around and the food was on point. Today it is the worst. Extremely... rude staff and horrible food. Rotten tomatoes with mold on them on two items. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. Read more
Horrible service. Always being told to come into the store even when an online/app order was made to be picked up via... drive-thru. They are NEVER busy and are just plane LAZY. 10 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Must be nice to be getting paid to doabsolutely nothing. Read more
