Me and my kids are a reoccurring customer at this location. Everytime we visit this store it is always clean and well managed... and the baristas are all very nice. They usually remember our drink orders as we have been here multiple times which is nice.When we come in the mornings, Alex is always very friendly and very sweet to my kids, she puts alot of whip cream on the frapsso my kids really like her. Jessie is also very sweet, shes usually working register but when she is making our drinks shealways makes my drinks extra hot. The few times we?ve come at night we?ve also had kenzie who is always all smiles, she alwaysmakes an effort to get us a tray. The one time I did have a problem with one of my drinks I was informed that the girl was intraining and melony was very sweet and helpful when remaking my drink for me. Today I went to get coffee with my kids. There were two employees at the shop, and three times, I told them I was ready to... order, but they ignored me. One of them was talking with a friend, and the other one looked at me and kept ignoring me. Then Iloudly said can you guys check me out. Then one talking with a friend said we were waiting for you to decide what you want toorder. I said I told you three times I'm ready, and then she said, we couldn't hear you because your kids are talking. I got somad because my kids were quiet, and it was her talking with someone and ignoring me. She kept staring at me, and her friendsmirked at me. My oldest son said mom, think they were racist because they totally ignored us and tried to blame us ?kids.? Wedidn't get anything from there and drove to different Starbucks location. After great customer service there, my kids said thesepeople here were friendly to us. This is not the first time this particular girl has been doing this, but I ignored it lasttime. Terrible service. I waited ten minutes with two people before me, for nothing. I only had two iced drinks, not difficult.... Disgusting service, the lady making drinks wasn?t even doing anything, and was working so slow. They didn?t give me a refundbecause I didn?t have a receipt and made me go to customer service where there were no employees. It?d take less time to godrive to another Starbucks than to wait for slow, stuck-up employees to do what they?re paid to do. I wasted $10 for nothing buta frustrated morning. Read more
You'd be 5 stars if you were ever available for delivery. There is no way you are that busy from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm. So I went and stood right in front of the counter and nobody says anything. No we'll be right with you or nothing. Then they... said they don't have any pumpkin cream so I change my order then they said their machine is down. Do you just not wanna serve meor whats the issue?
