Extremely frustrating! I ordered 2 venti caramel machaittos and normally they ask if I want it iced or hot. So it didn?t even... cross my mind when they said is that all you want today and I said yes and pulled forward. I get to the window and the man wasnice and I told him I was sorry. And he went and made the new iced coffees for me. The girl that brought the coffees came to thewindow and said next time tell us if you want hot or iced. I left frustrated that she had to make that comment. I go toStarbucks frequently and I know how to order it just slipped my mind because they didn?t even ask. Read more
Josh is literally the best thing that ever happened to this location. There was one point when they were short staffed and sent... him to help at the Bethelview location. You could tell he was there because the service is always better. Me and the kids lovesseeing him, he always makes our day brighter. Read more
Disappointed in this once very ACTIVE Place full of interior searing has changed after being renovated!! Nothing advertised... inside to show that they carry food items, except for only one plastic menu laying out if front of their cash register. I waswondering why so many of their patrons were sitting outside...Now, I know why?!..I almost FROZE TO DEATH just trying to enjoymy hot coffee?!...If you are cold natured, don't go inside to enjoy your food/drink! What is going on with this Starbucks, it is always closing. Yesterday at 1:30 pm I went by there to get a coffee and they were... CLOSED. It had just happened people were outside with coffee items and cars were in the drive thru and a sign was up on theordering speaker - Sorry we are Closed?They just remolded this location. This is the absolute worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to?multiple visits-mediocre to bad service each time. In store or drive- ... thru They were awful, rude and incompetent. They took my order on three different occasions and didn?t have the properingredients or items but only informed me until after I paid. Maddie lacks people skills for customer service. I bought this cup on Saturday and it?s already messed up and the shiny layer is peeling off.
I gave 4 rating: -1 from 5 because of its location. Exact corner on a busy intersection with tons of traffic in all directions-... getting in is not that easy and quick. Give ame time just to enter into and park your vehicle. Mindful of same for exiting. Youget usual Starbucks experience. I would really like to give a huge 5 star to Nat at drive thru. He is the kindest, friendliest, upbeat human I have encountered... on a daily basis M-F when he is there. I specifically come to this location because of his personality and kindness. I wanted togive him some recognition he much deserves. Kindness and a daily smile goes so far this day in time. We never know what othersare going through and he always brings a smile to my face. Starbucks has a very valued and wonderful gift in him.
