I am a semi regular customer of this location and overall I like it, but going forward I am weary to return. I am allergic to... bananas and most of the time they are good about honoring my request for no bananas, but this morning (Monday 11/7/22) the boyworking the counter put bananas in mine when I requested none. This is not the first time this has happened at this location(never happened at another location). I am not that upset and do not want him getting in trouble (it seemed like he was having abad morning and was not in a great mood, so I get it since bad days happen to everyone but this is a matter of food safety), butI would like to see better training because allergies are a big deal. I actually had hoped to find an email for the location soI could keep this private but I could not find one and it is importantto me that this location knows so that proper allergy/foodsafety training can be done. I could not taste the bananas so I was unaware until I began having an allergic reaction. Please dobetter, it is very serious when establishments that handle food ignore customer requests. If you go to this location and haveallergies keep a close eye on what they are doing, for the time being this is not a location you can trust with your safety. Read more

Went in around 7:30p for a 20oz smoothie. No other customers were present and it didn?t appear the two employees had any other... orders in hand. The employees were in the back room for about 5 minutes talking. I finally walked out with my smoothie 10minutes after I placed the order. Read more

This is the worst location ever. I have given it many tries and each time they are rude and not pleasant at all. Plus they don?t... ever make my simple smoothie right. After bringing it to their attention 2 weeks ago, a manager was supposed to call me back butnever did. Then when I finally went to the store I told them about my bad tasting smoothie and they wanted me to pay full price.I told her why would you expect me to pay when your manager was already supposed to refund me but never reached back out. Herresponse was ?so you want it free?. As if she?s doing me a favor. You took my money last visit for a non-edible smoothie and youhave the audacity to charge me for the fixed one. The girls there have no clue how to deal with customers and how to rectifyissues. Why is there not anyone working that can take care of these type of issues?? Also, they have a really bad knat problem.I saw atleast 30 hanging on top of all the uncovered fruit/toppings. Disgusting. I will never be back! Read more

I typically love this location (only reason why I?m giving more than 1 star.) I?ve never had any issues until tonight actually.... An extremely rude employee refused to bring my order to the curbside, when I ordered via curbside (!!) through the app. Shestated that it was a new covid policy.... but, I?ve ordered curbside about 10 times in the past 2 months & never had anyone elsetell me about this supposed policy. Those who have been to this location will know the distance between the smoothie counter andthe curbside pick up spot is close to nothing. So I walked in to pick up my order, as I had no way of canceling it from my carapparently, and despite the store being dead, my smoothie hadn?t even been made. Yes, the same employee, Allie, I believe, wasalso rude to me inside as well. This encounter happened 12/28/2020 around 6:30, just fyi if you are the manager and know who wasblonde working that shift. I?m not sure what the point of ordering curbside is, if you cannot pick it up from the curbside.Also, why has no one told me (a frequent customer) this before. Needless to say, her customer service was so terrible that Inever want to order from this location again. Tropical smoothie is a further drive and their smoothies aren?t as good, but atleast their employees are always friendly. It?s sad when a business can make a great product, but can?t find nice people toserve that product. Read more

Worst employees ever! Did not speak up, slacked off, and super slow on making drinks. They need to have better attitude as well.... But the smoothies came out good. They do need to work on their speed and have a louder voice so people know that their drink isup and ready! And should at least greet people in! Read more

I love getting smoothies here. They always make me happy whether I get one after a workout, for a meal boost, or just for a... dessert. I love all the different kinds of smoothies and it is just and all around amazing smoothie place. Read more
