This place is a joke. The staff is slow. The manager has zero presence! They had me outside waiting for my order for 15 mins... with no explanation or apology. They waited until after I ordered and paid to tell me that sauces were $.35 extra(a lot of sensethat made). The experience was ridiculous! I can understand being short staffed and normally don't mind waiting but there shouldbe not compromise on good customer service. I was very patient and pleasant and even helped the little rude person carry myorder to the car when I went in to see what the hold up was. I didn't fuss or make a scene at all. The manager ran to the backof the store like a coward and didn't even bother to come see what I needed or find out if there was a problem. The entire staffpresent on 10/20 @ around 6:45pm should be retrained or REPLACED. This location is in a good spot and has potential to be agreat location but not with such underwhelming representation. Please fix it! Signed: A seriously concerned customer. Read more

I ordered online and The store didn?t have it and they told me they would make it now. And no respect for their customer. one... other customer asking the lady about his order, she simply says cancel the order if you cant wait (After 45 minutes of wait).sheis just rude... If you cant work in those kind of environment , search for other jobs. Please avoid this branch... and thefunny part is they always skips either side dish, or a meal in your order. Read more

I usually never do reviews but it takes 3 times longer here than anywhere I have ever been including including Chick-fil-A on... its busiest day. How is feeling rushed when ordering. Even after you pull up to the menu they ask you to wait ask to not starttheir timer until they have the last customer rang up and gone. And it's usually 50/50 on getting my order correct. Read more

I don?t expect a high level of customer service, nor do I expect to wait any less than 20 minutes from any Popeyes; BUT twice... I?ve come to this location and the service is indescribably horrible. Awful attitude from the muddled ?welcome to popeys? togoing around to the window to try to order (with increased attitude received) before giving up and leaving without completingthe order. I know good help is hard to find, but I can?t foresee this place staying in business for long if they keep this levelof service up. Read more

I just can?t with Popeyes anymore. I went this evening and was told there would be a 7 minute wait on tenders. 15 minutes later,... my food was ?just coming up.? I?m tired of the long waits for food and the inaccuracy of my orders. This is typical of all ofthe Popeyes locations around here and I?m done. Worse than the wait is that waiting 15-20 minutes for food often means yourorder is still wrong and if you ordered fries, they are cold. Also, I tried to leave feedback on the Popeyes website but youhave to interact with this obnoxious chat bot that doesn?t believe my very valid email address is valid because it doesn?t endwith a typical domain suffix. 2022 June Update: Gave this place another shot. Ordered five chicken strips, meat only. They charged me for a five strip meal,... over $10, and did not give me the side or drink. While there, I asked for popcorn shrimp and was told it wasn't available. Iasked for blackened strips and was told it wasn't available. How is this place still in business? So this is the closestPopeyes restaurant to our home. We love Popeyes and get it for lunch on an almost weekly basis. However, our experience at thisrestaurant has become so bad, we do not plan on returning and encourage everyone else to avoid it. Today I asked for two ordersof shrimp and was rudely interrupted to tell me they are cooked to order. I stated I understood that. That makes sense and isperfectly fine, but to state it so rudely was off-putting. I clarified that I wanted just the shrimp and did not want thecombos. I asked for two medium five piece tenders, just the chicken. I was bluntly told ?you can have a spicy and medium?. Ijust replied ok. At the window, I was told my total was $31 and some change. I asked to clarify that two orders of tenders andtwo orders of shrimp were $31. The employee confirmed. He told me to pull up next to the trash can and wait for my food to bebrought out, so I pulled up and parked next to the over flowing trash can. Ten minutes later a single bag was brought out. Theemployee handed it to me and immediately returned inside. The bag had two small boxes inside it. I?ve taken photos and attachedthem to this post. How in the world is that box of shrimp worth $15? Why did they combine the order and not tell me? Why didthey burn the shrimp? And why is there so little of it? They combined the two orders of tenders into one box. We had to figureout which was spicy and which was medium. If this was a one time incident, I would understand. I gave em one more chance?. I have consistently experienced poor customer service at every Popeyes I?ve been to in the past five... years or so, but I?m pretty sure that I just experienced the worst customer service I?ve ever had at any Popeyes, and maybe anyfast food restaurant. Against my better judgement I passed the Taco Bell next door because their drive through line was aroundthe building and out into the street. There was literally no one in the Popeyes drive through, so I figured it would be faster?.I was wrong. I ordered two shrimp tackle boxes. I wasn?t given a total, but asked to drive around. An amount was murmured to mebut I didn?t catch it. I figured I?d see what I spent on my receipt. At the point that my card was handed back to me I was askedto pull up to the garbage can ahead of me. I should note that there was no one behind me, nor through my entire experience didanyone else come through the drive through. I agreed to pull forward without telling the lady ?helping? me my drink order. Ididn?t realize that until I had already pulled forward. Ten minutes later (with no one coming through the drive through) theemployee brought my food out. When I ask about drinks, she said they weren?t included as she turned around and headed back tothe building. I inspected my order to find no cocktail sauce. I like cocktail sauce with my shrimp. Since there wasn?t avehicle behind me, I put mine in reverse and went back to the window to ask for cocktail sauce. I waited for a minute or so andnever saw any employee through the window. I drove around the building through the drive through again. I asked if they had anycocktail sauce, (the menu board indicated that they did) and I was told no. I drove away frustrated and realized half way homethat I never received a receipt? This is my last attempt at giving Popeyes the opportunity to let me down. First of all one person in line at the drive through. Took a minute for someone to come take our order. Like most Popeyes they... lack customer service. The pandemic has not helped this food chain out not even a little????. These types of things happenedeven before the pandemic!! No wings. No coke. No honey. No spicy. No breast. No hot sauce! Ordered food and after paying theysaid no mild breast!? What!? You just checked and said you had them????. Most companies are lacking people these days. Logistics getting supplies are tough. The only thing you can salvage in a corporation is great customer service. I tend tooverlook the food when I have great service!! Never be here again. Dirty floor and tables!! Sitting in the lobby and lookingover my review I started to realize this culture has been transferred from location to location! Workers tend to not care ifmanagement doesn?t care.
