Came in on a Friday afternoon to pick up my mobile order, there was no car at the drive thru, 2 customers inside ahead of me,... and at least 5 staff working in the back. Was told that I had to wait for at least 20 more mins for my meal. I placed my orderhalf an hour ago, so yeah you have to wait for 50 mins to get your food here. It doesn't even take 50 mins for me to fry 2pieces of chicken at home. If you don't want to keep up the business, just shut it down. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. We went in the drive-through on a Sunday and the Lady that we spoke to was the... most ghetto, rude and unprofessional person I?ve ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. First she ignored us for a whilewhile she had the microphone on she was talking and cussing, then when she started talking she so much food in her mouth Icouldn?t understand what she was saying. When we finally understood that she was asking to take our order we wanted theblackened chicken fingers which I order all the time and she told us they ?weren?t available?. We heard her even asking anotheremployee what they were because she didn?t know and the other employees said it would take a while for them to cook them. shewas just basically too lazy to take our order and ask us to wait. When I called her on it and asked her what she meant by notavailable she got a nasty attitude. We just drove away.Obviously we will never go back again and I recommend that you don?teither. Read more
Went there tonight at about 730. Ordered 2 large red beans and rice. Cost 11 dollars and some change. I live about 20 mins... away. When I got home all I had was rice. If you didn?t have the food say so. I paid $11 for rice. I need a refund. Read more
I just got a bunch of burnt bitter chicken through their drive through. Just ridiculous. Even smells badly burnt.
I had to go back twice for missing items and incorrectly made items. I was beyond patient and kind considering and even still... was treated terribly by staff. The lead person there, April, was unprofessional and so rude. She didn't want to provide me withany receipt or proof that she refunded me my money and was trying to start a fight with me even though I kindly and justifiablyrequested a refund for my meal that was prepared incorrectly (they then said they were missing ingredients for my sandwich) andwas still willing to pay for my son's meal. They were disorganized and to top it off when I returned the second time I saw hersnacking while prepping food. This place and the staff are gross, I will never return. Read more
Came through the drive thru. Took 20ish minutes for 2 cars ahead of me. Got to the window. Nice lady confirmed my order and took... my payment. Handed me my card with receipt. Then my drink. Then my food shortly after. I pull forward and check the contents. Isee rice and nuggets (see my receipt picture?.clearly wrong). I park my car, try to go inside, locked of course, so I walk up tothe window. The car behind me is now sitting there paying for their order. I ask them what they ordered, they said nuggets withrice. I tell them I got their order instead and gave them their food. The worker lady now notices me standing at the window andasks what?s wrong. I explain I was the car that just left and I got the wrong order. She?s apologetic and then the managerapproaches saying ?what?s wrong?!? I explain the situation, again, and ask for my correct order (mind you I have repeated it 3-4times now) he quickly gets me the food and I leave. Of course I check the bag and I see fries with tenders so I?m good. Well,no. I get home to find these poor excuses for tenders (no bigger than nuggets?biscuit for reference), they are not spicy like Iordered, and my drink is Diet Coke, not Dr. Pepper? swing and a miss x2 Read more
If I could put a 0 star I would. This is the worst Popeyes ever. Totally unmanaged. Employees don?t care if the people are... waiting for 30 mins or 45 mins in the drive through, and when are fed up and leave you can see the employees having fun anddancing inside the restaurant with their friends when the fast food restaurant is not kept open for the public to come in. Idon?t know why the people who invested in this business don?t care about it? The food is good and tasty, but people who investedin it don?t care. Total fail because of the service. Read more
