Came in on a Friday afternoon to pick up my mobile order, there was no car at the drive thru, 2 customers inside ahead of me,... and at least 5 staff working in the back. Was told that I had to wait for at least 20 more mins for my meal. I placed my orderhalf an hour ago, so yeah you have to wait for 50 mins to get your food here. It doesn't even take 50 mins for me to fry 2pieces of chicken at home. If you don't want to keep up the business, just shut it down. Read more
If I could give this place zero stars I would. We went in the drive-through on a Sunday and the Lady that we spoke to was the... most ghetto, rude and unprofessional person I?ve ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. First she ignored us for a whilewhile she had the microphone on she was talking and cussing, then when she started talking she so much food in her mouth Icouldn?t understand what she was saying. When we finally understood that she was asking to take our order we wanted theblackened chicken fingers which I order all the time and she told us they ?weren?t available?. We heard her even asking anotheremployee what they were because she didn?t know and the other employees said it would take a while for them to cook them. shewas just basically too lazy to take our order and ask us to wait. Went there tonight at about 730. Ordered 2 large red beans and rice. Cost 11 dollars and some change. I live about 20 mins... away. When I got home all I had was rice. If you didn?t have the food say so. I paid $11 for rice. I need a refund. Read more

If I could put a 0 star I would. This is the worst Popeyes ever. Totally unmanaged. Employees don?t care if the people are... waiting for 30 mins or 45 mins in the drive through, and when are fed up and leave you can see the employees having fun anddancing inside the restaurant with their friends when the fast food restaurant is not kept open for the public to come in. Idon?t know why the people who invested in this business don?t care about it? The food is good and tasty, but people who investedin it don?t care. Total fail because of the service. Read more
