Worst customer service possible! Apparently, we got a gift card in grubhub and ordered a pickup option through grubhub and the... person declined to give the food saying he isn?t aware of a pickup option through grubhub and that I should be working forgrubhub to pick it up. Please do me a favor - Go to grubhub website and select your own Pizza Hut chain and see for yourself ifa pickup option exists or not! Read more
We spent 61 on pizza. All of them but 1 were way over cooked. Both orders of Cheese sticks.. over cooked. The plain bread... sticks were good.. Alfredo.. pretty good. But the 6 pizzas.. not the very good. Had some very upset family members and we threwit in the trash. Would of told the store.. but they looked very busy, under staffed. Food was done on time tho. My order was 30 minutes late, was out for delivery for 30 minutes. When I called to check on it, the guy who answered the phone... said they were closed for the night and he would not call the driver. He was very short and rude!!! When my order finallyarrived I had ordered two pan pizzas, and paid extra for pan, and received two hand tossed. Today Me and my friends stopped hers along with kids. We were very hungry. Staff here helped us complete our order quickly and... they even got our pizzas ready very soon. Pizzas are delicious and the crust is soft. Great experience on total. Read more
I ordered Door Dash and there was no place to ask for easy sauce and since I?m pregnant too much sauce hurts my belly so I... immediately called after the order was placed and they wouldn?t fix it for me, come to find out 15 minutes later they?re stillworking on my order??. I will never order from here again. I work at a restaurant that has Door Dash so I know how long you haveto make any adjustments especially if that option isn?t on the DD site.
