Took forever to get the pizza out even after the app said it was ready. Eventually they said they lost the order after we asked... them what happened. They just had us waiting and wouldn?t communicate. At end we didn?t even get the pizza. Read more
I placed a pizza order tonight at this Peachtree Parkway location and I was told it would be 60-80 minutes for the pizza to be... prepared. I was surprised at the wait time; however, once I arrived at the place I was surprised that the only 1 employeeworking was Michael McKenzie - answering phone, greeting guests, and cooking pizzas. I can't imagine how he was holding thingstogether or keeping things straight with no help available to him. He is working his butt off to make customers happy andkeeping pizzas ready for the delivery drivers. He should be congratulated for a job well done in trying times. Read more
This place used to be great but now their service is terrible. Any delivery order takes over an hour and that too delivered well... past the delivery estimate. I ordered online and waited for over an hour to learn that they had canceled the order withoutinforming me. Kyle answered my phone and said that he had canceled the order due to lack of drivers. He neither care to let meknow that my order is canceled nor to refund my money! Read more
I?m not sure what has happened, we used to have no problem with this location but the last 2 times I?ve ordered it has was... delivered over an hour past estimated delivery time. On top of scheduling it to be delivered later in the evening. If you aregoing to take a specific scheduled time you should definitely live up to that or tell me that it can?t be delivered at thattime. Sad to say I think we will not be using them anymore.
