Reviews for Pacific Spice Restaurant in Cumming, GA
The restaurant is clean and food is delicious .Love it!
This place is one of a kind! The food is always five star, and the service 10 star but that's not a choice! My dad eats here... probably twice a week for lunch, excellent sushi at all times! Their other food selections are brilliant as well, and the pricesare reasonable... I would absolutely recommend specific space to anyone to have a great meal, attentive ten star service, andall around great outing... I guess I should mention the restaurant is kind of small, so if you have a party I'm sure you want tocall ahead... Read more
Always delicious food?and great customer service.I love here!!!
We usually order online and have it delivered and are always happy with what we order however, this time they fell short on the... spicy salmon roll. We were disappointed, there was just a drop of the spicy sauce on the roll as if it accidentally fell on it.The rolls orderd were very small. Again we are usually always happy with what we order but this time we were disappointed. Read more
The most disgusting Thai food I?ve ever eaten. I love Thai food so my family and I were hugely disappointed as everything in... our order was inedible. The tofu tasted like rubber, the panang curry was gross, the soup had a strange flavor and the pad Thaiwas bland noodles with no peanuts, spices or flavors to be found. We threw the food away and will not be returning. Zero starswould be too many. Read more
I ate here two weeks ago with my family, and it was fine. I?m vegan and had to ask a lot of questions to figure out what to... order. The waitress told me none of the Thai dishes are vegan as they use either fish or chicken broth in every one of them. Sheworked with me and told me I could order the sesame tofu lunch special and get the miso soup and steamed rice as a substitutesince the other soups and the fried rice contain animal products. I had a good meal. Today I returned with my family to orderthe exact same thing, but this time I was told by the same waitress that I was not allowed to have any substitutions whatsoeverbecause her manager got mad at her last time since she made an exception for me. It?s unprofessional that she not only admittedthat to me without any kind of apology, but also that she offered no other solution. I explained again that I?m vegan and eat noanimal products so I need accommodations, but she was not willing to serve me. I even asked if I could just have two springrolls instead of the soup. She said no. I asked if they could add some vegetables to the tofu in place of the soup. She said no.She kept telling me I could just give the soup to my mom, but she was missing the point. I told her it isn?t fair that I wouldpay the same amount as everyone else but not be able to enjoy the full meal. And besides that, she wouldn?t let me substitutethe rice anyway. I told her she set the expectation last time I was there and the restaurant was willing to be accommodatingjust two weeks before, and that?s the only reason my family and I returned today. I told her it?s 2022 and there are plenty ofpeople with different dietary restrictions. I don?t know why they would even list a tofu dish on the menu only to make itimpossible for anyone vegan to make substitutions so they can order that dish. I feel bad that my family was looking forward totheir meals and then they had to leave since the restaurant refused to accommodate me. I find it ridic Read more
We have enjoyed the culinary delights of Pacific Spice since they opened their doors in Forsyth County. Their sushi is... EXCELLENT and always fresh. Their Sushi chef is the BEST and most creative in the area. Their menu is pure awesomeness fromthe perspective that there is something for everyone. Thai, Chinese, or Sushi....we love this place. Food was below average... Service was kind of ok. I think this one is overhyped.
