I ordered curbside. Bloomin' onion appetizer had an employees hair in it! Bloomin' onion appetizer & fried mushroom appetizer... was very overcooked in old grease leaving them both with a nasty burnt cheap grease old taste. I ordered lemon wedges and anextra sauce but I did not receive it until after I went through bag before I paid and asked them to please include it because itwas part of the order and the employee went back inside to get them for me. $26.18 and a lot of time just wasted. Mac & cheesetasted like water noodles..I saw a few specs of evidence for cheese possibly..I'm still not sure.. nothing like the online menupicture y'all! Read more

Superb and amazing service from Japera. We had two loud and active kids today but she stayed patient and was available to cover... all of our needs today. We arrived at 6:45 on A Friday night and were seated immediately. A super friendly male server. approached and got our drinks. ... The food came out perfect. I.had Prime Rib medium rare. My boyfriend ordered a 8 oz filet last night. This steak did not look like a normal filet. Filets are small, round, and thick.... When we politely asked the waitress, she said ?Our steaks are just weird.? Then, the manager came over and told us that theyhave a new process and they press the steaks (which is why it appeared flat)? Instead of listening to our complaint, she arguedand said she would come back in 5 mins to see if he liked it. Well, she never came back. My boyfriend ate one bite because allhe really wanted was a new steak, that maybe could?ve been butterflied. The waitress didn?t acknowledge anything was wrong so mybf had to ask for the steak to please be comped since he didn?t eat it! Very bad customer service!!!!
