Went to o' charleys for the first time while visiting family in GA(I'm from NY). I wasn't very hungry but had the side Cesar... salad as my main entree and it was good! We also shared a fried pickle appetizer and that was great. Our server provided goodservice. The restaurant is very family friendly. I know this has become somewhat of a norm post COVID, but the restaurant was significantly understaffed and had what I'd... consider poor management. 1. Our waitress was nice and friendly, but the service was poor due to her having to run aroundacross the restaurant to different tables (which reflects poorly on the management as they could make sure to assign tables persections). She seemed overwhelmed and got one of our orders wrong (we were a large table) 2. The food was ok overall. Notoutstanding or anything but decent. 3. What caused the poor review for me was the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of therestrooms. I went after I finished the meal and regretted eating there all together. It smelled, 2 out of the 3 available stallswere disgusting, the toilet bowls had not been cleaned in who knows how long. This in addition to the prior observations onlymakes you question the status of the kitchen, how clean it is and what actually went into your food. Even if there is ashortage of staff, management needs to step up and have the place look acceptable. I will not be going back. Read more
Service was slow to start. When food finally came out it was over cooked and wreaked of cigarette smoke. Very disappointed.... Order steak medium and it came out past well done. Ribs were cooked so long they dried out and started cracking leaving littleshards of bone in meat making ribs basically inedible. Good food and a great experience. I got a burger, which was great. My wife got a steak which was surprisingly great as well. My family enjoyed the honey chicken family meal. It came with 2 generous sides. We opted for the mashed sweet potato, seasoned... pilaf rice and added a Mac n cheese. Everything was really delicious. Let?s not forget the buttery rolls to top it all off. Wewill be ordering again! Read more
