Ordered my Food through the drive-through and the guy at the drive through gave me a price. when I got to the first window he... gave me the same price. I gave him my card and when he gave me the receipt he charged me more than what he told me. i asked himabout it he told me that he made a mistake and that he couldn't fix it. he told me the next window would fix it for me. And thenwhen I get to the 2nd window The lady told me the transaction was already went through but there's nothing she can do about itWhen it was them that made the mistake not me so I told her to cancel my whole order And she went on to tell me the feed wasalready made but with her attitude I decided to get all my money back and we went somewhere else Read more
I went through the drive through at night, I was the only car. One person took my credit card and another person asked me 3... times for my credit card again. He gave me my food and the other guy never gave me my card back. I phoned the next day threetimes before I got a manager that was very rude but said they had my card and would mail it back. Two weeks later I still don'thave my card and I'm local mail. Very unprofessional. I would never go to this location again. Read more
While I understand in today's world, ALOT is going on.. therefore, I always pack my patience. I don't frequent this... establishment often. In fact. My 2nd time ever going here. But. The level of Drive thru service was totally unacceptable! Iorder via the app. All the curb side parking was filled. Guess that was the 1st clue. So. I figured why not DT. The worstmistake. The waiting was too long. Then each car to get to the speaker to wait even more. Keep in mind, I did my order via theapp. When I finally get to the 2nd window, only item ready was my drink. Window person called out my order, other person soundsas if they never read or heard...so, ma'am can you pull up and we will bring your food. I pull into DT reserved to wait for themto actually cook my food, after 30 min wait. A single order of chicken sandwich and fries. Finally, my food arrived with nocondiments i requested. But at least my fries were straight out of the fryer! Customer service is a zero! I only stayed as myblood sugar was dropping due to needing food. Come on. Please do better. No Thank you for waiting or coming to McD. No upgradeof my drink or fries ???? nor apology Nothing to make up for my wait...and I gave 2 stars. Instead of 1. Which was moredeserved. Used drive thru for breakfast. Gave order at speaker. Pulled to first window no one there (not uncommon these days) so I moved... on toward 2nd window. The long haired older lady leaned out the first window and said something I couldn't hear. Then made afrustrated gesture. When I got to the second window I was not greeted by the young man there. I told hi. I had to pay and gavehim my card as the lady came around the corner she took the card from him and was clearly irritated. When she brought my cardback she laid on the counter and walked away. I got my food and sat there waiting to get my card back. I asked her for it andshe said to the young man, he needs his card back. I drove off and realized no fork to eat my big breakfast ????. Should haveeaten before I left the house. Not a good way to start my day. Read more
I?m shocked the number of good reviews this McDonalds has. I just left the drive thru and ordered a large sweet tea with my... meal. I watched the guy at the window fill up my cup with unsweet tea and then go over and pump coffee syrup into my tea. Iasked if they were out of sweet tea and he said ?yeah, that?s sweet tea?. Bro lied to my face lol. And the girl who took myorder acted like she hated life. And she was covered in hickies. Real classy! Read more
Never order using McDonalds app for curbside. Wait items 15 minutes after check-in before walking into store. Waited another 5... minutes before talking to someone who stated they had not got to my order yet. All the time seeing MANY vehicles going intodrive thru while still waiting. They are awful at online orders, only paying attention to drive thru and giving them ALL thepriority meanwhile they have already taken my money and sitting on my order. Went throught thr drive thru and they got us in n out lickety split not problems whatsoever. I got a McChicken and it was fresh... and warm and the fries were very tasty too. Absolutely no problems whatsoever, will be coming back again Read more
