I was just at this location all employees are so nice but the manager with the purple hair was so rude she is on such a hurry... that doesn?t take the time to actually listen to what people is ordering and when the nice employee at the window try to fix myorder a order that she got wrong for her incompetence she got so upset and started arguing with me such a great place but withthe management been so rude I have to start looking for a new location. Hope too management can do something Some kind atraining to help her have better costumer service. Read more

Fries were cold as ice. I asked for no mayo on my McChicken and you guessed it, lots of mayo on it. Then I ask for no sauces on... my double cheeseburger, it came with mustard and ketchup. Pay attention to your orders. Read more

Very badly run. Only two or three workers at breakfast. No one at cash registers to take orders. I waited 5+ minutes for someone... to take my order at the cash register and no one came to the cash register. Don't buy from here. Poorly run place. Read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! This mcdonald?s opens there dining room at 5. I arrived at this establishment at 5:30 and saw the doors were... locked but the drive through was still working. I however did not have a vehicle at the time so I decided to call them andclarify what time the dinning room opened. I saw through the window that a pink haired lady, that normally is very rude to mewhenever I go to this location, answer the phone. I politely asked what time the dining room opened even though I saw it said5am on the door and she replied in an aggressive manner saying that she was the only one working so they will open whenever shegets help. Now I understand how difficult it must be to run a fast food restaurant all by yourself, however half of thebuilding is just glass windows and I could see multiple people working there. I then decided to wait 45 minutes to see if theywere open so I could finally get some hash browns and they never did. This is not the first time this pink haired lady has beenrude to me and my friends, infact, I don?t think she has ever been polite to us. She always is very grumpy and has no respectfor her costumers. Now I normally love this mcdonald?s since it is in such a convenient location to go to however whenever I seethis pink haired lady I know i?m going to have a bad experience. Read more

I deliver for Doordash. I had 2 deliveries to pick up from here today. The manager at the store is so incredibly rude! I will... not accept any more deliveries that come from this store.... I will only take the ones from the McDonald's at Bethelview andHwy. 20. They're the best! Read more

Apparently, the lobby is closed, but another customer was served because of his trailer. I cannot use drive through because of... vehicle height. Was told to leave. No signage stating lobby is closed. Poor customer service. Good luck McDonalds, keep yourshare holders happy in other ways. Read more

I visited this location while driving through.. The place was clean and tidy with nice soft jazz music playing. I placed my... order and the person at the register took my order and gave me a table number. When My food was ready, she called out thenumber and I had to go pick up my order inspite of being given a table number. I thought "What the.. ?" The food was goodand hot and the coffee tasted, well, like coffee, but "Where is the McDonald's table service that news articles touted that wasoffered to consumers", I wondered? Was there a lack of training? Or was there some other undisclosed reason for my not beingserved at my table inspite of having a big fat table number propped up on my table? It felt quite ludicrous and I suppose Iwill never know the answer to that question. I felt like a non-entity. One thing I do know and that is that it was not so busywhile I was there, that the food could not be served as the news article informed. They should not be giving out table numbersif the service is not going to be extended, according to the rollout process. Just sayin'. Read more
