I was a bit disappointed this time. Visited this location close to my son's home on Sunday morning. Went inside for hot cakes... and sausage. They were hot and delicious, however the coffee was horrible! I don't know how old it was considering I arrived at9:30 am. It should be a fresh batch! Read more

Stopped here to pick my order and young man asked me for the number. I watched him act as if he was going to get it as it was... ready and instead proceeded to have a 15 minute conversation with a co-worker (I watched him the entire time). A few moremoments later, a young lady with dark hair and glasses asked me if I needed help and she immediately passed the same kid and gotme the order that was sitting there. She was great. She helped out 2 people while the young, taller, blonde haired kid kepttalking. He could learn a thing or two about professionalism and good customer service from her for sure because clearly he isthere just for a paycheck sadly. Read more
Ordering at the kiosk is great but this leaves zero communication with an employee. They won't come to the counter. They throw... an order down, scream a number and off they go. Back to ordering at the kiosk, you'd think the order would be correct since youenter your order yourself.
