My coworker Tom was retiring from PepsiCo on July 23rd. We gave him a virtual retirement party due to Covid-19 and our team and... co-workers live in other states. We wanted him to have his favorite cake, and I ask his wife for a local bakery. Aftercontacting Jill, I told her that Tom's favorite cake is Carrot Cake, and asked her to make coconut frosted cupcakes too. By meliving in another state, I asked if she could deliver too and she said yes! Tom said this is the best Carrot cake he has everhad. Of course, the coconut frosted cupcakes were delicous as well.
