I think I may have just been unlucky this visit but I was not impressed with my meal. I got the pick 2 combo and chose the taco... and tamale to compare to other local Mexican restaurants that we already love.. the pork tamale was not very good in my opinionbut the steak street taco was decent. My husband liked his tavos burritos (basically mini chimichangas) which is why I think Iwas just unlucky. The rice and beans weren?t the best either. Overall, not sure if we will be back but if we do I hope I?ll bemore impressed - I mean there?s always a line waiting for dinner so it must be good, right?! Read more
Los Rios is consistently the go-to Mexican restaurant for a lot of people here. Like sometimes it can be very busy. Just expect... loud and crowded. The food is not some chef driven fancy menu, what you'll find for the most part is Americanized Mexican food.Your standard fare of enchiladas burritos and so on. I will say their street tacos are excellent and the Margaritas are firstrate. The two main reasons people go here are consistency and the friendly service. Having eaten here for years and years I'venever gotten a bad meal and I've never had bad service. They're all family and they're all friendly. Finally found a great "classic Mexican" restaurant! Great prices, friendly staff, lots of items to choose from. I can never... remember to get pictures of the food before we dig in so the only one I got was of cheese dip ???? The service is quick and foodcomes out piping HOT! Tastes great consistently and have never had a problem here. Our go to when we're having a Mexican foodcraving. The dinner rush can make a line form outside but they do a great job turning tables so you get seated quickly. Read more
I recently had Los Rios cater an event for our local school and I could not be more pleased. The food was delivered on time,... fresh, and the teachers could not have been more pleased. The customer service was above and beyond and I would recommend theircatering service to anyone on the lookout for creating an excellent dining experience! Read more
WOW! We used Los Rios food truck for an event and are still talking about it the next morning. Unbelievable customer service,... the freshest most delicious food and very punctual with arrival. Super fast serving our guests. Extremely respectful of ourproperty and surroundings with the truck. Whole staff was polite and accommodating to our guests. Mayra is a dream to workwith. This will be our go-to for parties going forward. Such an easy way to do a party and surprisingly affordable. We evenordered their margarita mix to mix with our own tequila and everyone said they were the best margaritas ever. Loved it!! Read more

Unfortunately I cannot leave a better review, I had Los Rios catered for my wedding this past Saturday. I had eaten there once... before in the restaurant and had great service ultimately making me decide to order this for my wedding. When I called to placethe order I tried to pay for the food and was told no you pay the week before, which was fine. Well the week of the weddingcomes and I tried to pay again and was told no we will charge the payment on file the day of. So we get to the day of my weddingand the caterer shows up late by about 30 minutes and my payment doesn?t go through (even though prior to this day we confirmedthe payment on file several times) so I send my sister to take care of it with my card and again the payment doesn?t go throughthis time because the bank blocked the charge. So they tell the guy that dropped the food off that I would call to pay over thephone, his boss ultimately asked him to stay and wait for payment. Instead of doing that he finds some of my guests and startsbadger them and telling them he needs to be paid immediately! He tried calling his boss to double check the card number on filesince he had the physical card in hand, she did not answer so he just left. He also asked for a tip after being rude to myguests. So fast forward to packing up the food and bringing it home, we noticed the meat was not completely cooked in one areaso when I called to settle the payment issue I brought up the raw meat and was told that it was fine because it was beef and notchicken. Luckily my guest didn?t eat this pan of meat so I am able to cook it further before eating it at home. Needless to sayI was not pleased at how the situation was handled due to an error on the managers part where she incorrectly read her own handwriting. I would be careful with ordering their food for major events and if you do get them to deliver more than an hour beforeyour event since they tend to show up late.
