Pretty bad customer service. Issues both in store and with delivery. Driver pretended to be obtuse, even with pindropped... location, name of building and surroundings (The address is correct in the order). Still claiming they cannot find the address.Until you reach out to the store. On top of that delivery is at minimum 45 minutes after they say it?s out for delivery, andthey never update the app to let you know when the sandwich is ready to be picked up, just go get it. I went inside this Jimmy John's, ordered my favorite, veggie sandwich and it did not taste the same. It was dry, missing the... avocado spread and not enough mayo. Of course these are young kids who are not trained properly. Very disappointing. Read more

I have been a Jimmy John?s customer for years and years. This is the absolute slowest Jimmy John?s I have ever experienced. My... order will say out for delivery five minutes after I put it in and takes over an hour to arrive every time. I?ve been giving thebenefit of the doubt because I know people are short staffed right now, but I?m tired of being quoted 15 minutes when they knowthey are taking 1+hr to arrive. I was so impressed by this Jimmy John?s. It was incredible. Benjamin Bergey is by far the best worker there! His sandwich making... skills are the thing of legends. WAY better than that weirdo Jared Scott Fogle at Subway. I got my sandwich in 100 secondsbecause of this young man! I will NEVER go back to Subway again after this!
