I saw the ad on TV that Jersey Mike's had teamed up with Feeding America, so i decided to head to the nearest JMs store near me,... to help in a small way. I was not disappointed. If 0 stars was an option that?s what they deserve. Pretty sloppy service. The food quality should be the same as any other.... Waited an hour to pickup my mobile order they never worked on. No apology, no how can we make this right. Just nonchalant. Idon?t believe I?m entitled to good service but if I?m paying for a product I?d like to at least get the product. I don?t even know where to start. Right before my sub was mad, a lady came in wanting to pick up her online order. The store... didn?t have it and they told her they would make it now, and use her phone receipt to make it. The employee proceeds to take thelady?s phone, place it on the surface where the food is made, then with gloved hands, touched her phone over and over and thentouched my food. Phones are disgusting and should never be placed on the surface where the food is made. And then using the samegloves to touch said phone and then my food. Ew The other guy was wiping his nose and beard constantly with his glovedhands. Needless to say I threw my sub away. $10 wasted. Read more

I wasn't very impressed. The slices of meat/cheese were so thin you could almost read through it. Skimpy on those as well. ... They don't toast anything. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh looking and tasted good. Read more
