Usually I go to Waffle House. Wanted to try Huddle house. The food and prices were good. The service, wait, overall experience... was just way too long. Walked in, nobody said anything to us, just stood there for 10 minutes until they finally cleaned 1 ofthe 2 open tables for us to sit at. I understand short staffing but at least communicate with us when we come in! I think I?llcontinue to go to Waffle House instead. Read more
I did an Uber ears order, I was left here standing for 5 minutes with no one talking to me. Then when someone acknowledged my... presence, they told me to stand next to a shelf and wait for the order. No seating, no estimated time. Just had to stand next topeople eating and stand there awkwardly and wait by a dirty shelf. I?ve never eaten at a huddle house, and from the smells tothe service I got, I?ll just go to the Cracker Barrel or to Waffle House. Read more
There was an older woman, young man and an older man there the man groped when he came from the bathroom and ask the lady what... was up and then started complaining when she asked for help. There were six of us and in the group but no one else in thebuilding and she cooked one plate of food at a time. The food was not good, the meat was overcooked and the fries under cookedafter I ordered them to be cooked crunchy. I understand she was trying and the man should have helped her. Horrible service. Waited an hour to be served COLD food. Server said we hadn't been in the restaurant for an hour. Asked 4 times... for the gravy that was supposed to be on my husband's chop steak and his salad. The dressing for his salad and syrup for mywaffle I finally got up and got myself. I love huddle house but this was awful and server was so rude. Won't be back. EDIT:The server never even bothered to bring our check to the table. My husband needed a drink refill but the server was so angry andrude that we didn't even bother to ask. My husband had to walk to the cash register for our check and the server didn't say aword. This is not the way you run a business. An hour and a half later we left hungry and upset. Read more
The waitress was extremely nice and very polite. This was my first time going there. I might try it again for lunch perhaps.... Not impressed with their breakfast. Was happy to leave a good tip for our server because of her positive attitude. ???? Read more
Food and service was really good. To some time only had 1 cook.
