Unfortunately, this location has the WORST staff. They are rude and disrespectful. They are always closing during business... hours. If you call and ask, they will tell you they are open. You get there and they tell you they decided to close early. Theywill even tell you their store hours (which you are well inside of) and still not serve you. I wish I could say it was only 1 or2 times, but this is the normal now. Even when they are open and serving food it is horrible, sloppy and not prepared properlywith missing items. The staff is awesome; but you can tell the owners of this restaurant are BADLY neglecting it. First of all, the front door was... locked (or broken?) when I first walked in at 1pm on a weekday. As soon as I mentioned it, the cashiers went out and proppedopen the door immediately. The entire dining room soda machine was out of order. It seemed like there were not enough people(understandable - every employer is struggling to find people right now), which meant the dining room wasn't clean. But - again- the staff was super nice and just doing their best. The franchisee really needs to step up and fix the maintenance issues withthe building. Read more
I was an Uber driver trying to get a delivery and was forced to cancel a customer?s order due to 25- 30 wait through the drive... thru. What I don?t understand is that why was the dining room locked if the hours of operation are 7am-9pm? Even if the diningroom is locked, there should be an exception for Ubereats, doordash and other type of delivery drivers trying to get customerstheir food in an efficient manner. Showed up around 8 pm well before an hour of closing. We were told that they no longer do in store ordering, and that it was... takeout only. When we tried to ask if they had curly fries, they just said some jibberish. When we went through the drive thru,they told us that there were no more sesame buns or burger buns, when we tried to order they said they didn?t have any ice normilkshakes. We finished our order, they told us at the window that we would receive ?tiny burgers? we asked why were payingfull price for tiny burgers and the attendant just responded, ?that?s just what my manager told me? Seems like they just turnedoff all the grills and everything as it looked pretty closed up (no fries in the fry machine, and everything looked cleanedup) Just tell us you?re closed! I usually love Hardee's for breakfast. The loaded omelet biscuit is my favorite. I decided to get something different and got... a Frisco Melt sandwich. The bread was stale, food was cold, and was given no straws, napkins, or ketchup for our hashbrowns. Iwill still go back to Hardee's, just not this location. Read more
Terrible service! Under staffed. Waited at the ordering speaker for 15 minutes while the guy working the speaker totally talked... trash about everyone in line. I heard the entire thing because he forgot turn the speaker off while doing so. It used to be myevery morning breakfast place but definitely not anymore. Hope this trashcan goes out of business.
