First time at this place, looked nice from the outside, Good reviews too.. not busy and something was smelling too good as we... entered. As a Vietnamese traveler through Georgia, this Vietnamese restaurant was very authentic, while having a modern twist. I really... enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients, and texture of their noodles, and the kind service. Their spring rolls were fresh - Iknow they didn?t have those spring rolls sitting around for hours, like some other restaurants. I ate 2 bowls of Pho here, it was excellent, the noodle is traditional Vietnamese way of cooking. After that, the manager... introduced me the deep fried chicken with special formula of cooking. It is very very crispy and when you eat the meat , the eatis so soft. Very impressive! Read more
