I have been to Freddy?s hundreds of time in many different locations around the States and I and my family love it! We are... looking for one! Unfortunately, I m very sad to say that this location is a mess! Everything is dirty, from the tables to thefloor, from the drinking fountain to the bathroom. Just few kids in there are nice, most of them should be fired immediately. Ipersonally experienced seeing one of them accidentally dropping my food on the floor and putting it back in the basket andpretend like nothing happened! Good fresh food. Very similar to Steak and Shake in terms of quality but faster and less hassle. Would dine here again.

I had never eaten here before. I wanted to try it. To be safe I attempted to order a kids meal cheeseburger with lettuce, onion... and tomato. The server in the drive thru told me that I could not get that because it was a single so I said ok May I have thoseon the side, he said no you can?t have them on the side. It does state on the menu the condiments are free and the ones thathave a few. This definitely gave me a bad experience and I happily left and went to steak and shake where they honored my exactrequest, and the customer service was amazing. I will never come here again. Not really sure why the employees were in such a bad mood tonight. Husband asked for a key lime pie milkshake instead of... concrete. The employee said, "we dont do a key lime pie milkshake." Also ordered a chocolate milkshake with extra extra extraM&Ms. We have asked for these exact milkshakes for 3 years, and never had an issue. The key lime pie can be made into amilkshake, just add more milk. The employees used to understand my M&M to milkshake ratio. Tonight, not so much. Barely got anyM&M's, despite paying for extra M&Ms. My husband went inside and the lady proceeded to argue with my husband. He gave up and wejust left. Disappointed in the service lately. Read more
