I only go here because it's the only drive through in the area. Twice now my vanilla cream filled had no cream. I stopped... ordering biscuits because they are usually raw. And the egg bites I ordered had to have been past their date, so gross. They areout of all donuts by around 5. Why even stay open? My order is messed up all the time. Sometimes I get nice staff like the oneguy that kept apologizing they were out of almost all donuts I asked for. However, there are WAY too many rude girls. I pull upto the drive through to be shouted at "what do you want?". Nothing pleasant. Made me repeat myself several times and just rude.I keep trying to give them a chance to get into the swing of things being new. I've been there when it seems like only 2 peoplewhere working and felt bad for them. But rude is just rude. Read more
Good place if you like your hot coffee cold. Since my hot coffee was cold when I ordered it, I asked for extra hot coffee the... next time and confirmed at the window that it is extra hot. But I guess extra hot also means cold coffee. Very disappointed! Read more
This place has been getting hammered so I wanted to share a decent experience. I ordered a dozen donuts online. I got home and... all were exactly as I ordered. There were about five cars in front of me on a Sunday morning and I didn?t wait long. Ordered through the mobile app. When I arrived it took ages for the line to move up, despite there only being two cars in front... of me and no customers inside the store. And I counted at least 5 employees. No reason for it to take so long. I got the turkeysausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, the bread was burnt and there was no egg on it!! I understand the store just opened, butperhaps there should be someone older than 17 running the shifts. Read more
If I could have given zero stars, I would have. This location had the potential to be wildly successful because there is really... nothing else in the area. First, entirely too many employees to not be running smoothly. Second, ALWAYS being out of just abouteverything and blaming it on the truck/delivery. I?ve order here at least three times and have never gotten what I?ve ordered. They are always out of whipped cream and always... out of Boston cream donuts. I order an iced chai latte with pumpkin cold foam and pumpkin sweetener and they didn?t have chai sothey changed it to a regular pumpkin latte but made it hot and didn?t give me anything that I paid extra for. This was honestly the worst service I have ever experienced, I?ve never complained about a place before because as someone who... works in the food industry, I understand the stress it can cause on employees. I arrived at Dunkin? at 6:30 AM before work andwas behind one vehicle at the time. Me and that car sat there for almost 25 minutes causing me to be extremely late for work andI?m sure several others. The girl taking the orders walked outside while we were all sitting there waiting on her just laughingand went back in while we continued to wait for about ten more minutes. I am unsure as to why this place seems to be review bombed. I stop here nearly every morning on my way to work, and sometimes... even on weekends. I never wait long, the food/drink is always correct in both the type and preparation regardless of what I'veordered, and I have only met kind people there. Read more
